My understanding of dreams is that those people exist. You've walked by them and seen them at some point in your life. I could be wrong, just my understanding.

Yes, my body does react if the dream is traumatic enough. A few times, it has been so severe that it triggered a paralytic episode. Alternatively, I have also woke myself up laughing because I was apparently laughing in the dream. As I said, sometimes I’m merely the observer in a dream, as if I’m a fly on the wall watching the lives of others. But occasionally, something specifically affects me.
I have dreams about people I’ve never seen before, and I will always wonder if they exist.

When I dream, I am often a much younger age than I am. Have you noticed your age in dreams? Are you younger or your current age?
I think I’m current age, but I could be mistaken. Most of my dreams are me observing the happenings of other people, as a bystander. Occasionally, I’m involved. I don’t remember them after a while unless they were pretty dramatic. I have a lot of stress and anxiety dreams, PTSD nightmares that are sometimes recurring, and sci-fi dreams. I do recall those.

It sounds like a carrier oil with essential oils in it, but I couldn’t tell you the specifics. Most carrier oils are either sweet almond, jojoba, or sunflower oil. It’s light and evaporates quickly, making it ideal for massage. You can get pretty much any herb in oil (extract) form. But you need to know what you’re doing before making it. The best thing to do is research online or talk to a massage therapist or a health store.

Disability is not a choice. No one would choose to exist in extreme American poverty being looked down upon and misjudged by able-bodied people. I had plans for my life like everybody else, and none of those plans included relying on others to survive. Don’t take your abilities for granted.

I’ve been wanting to for more than a decade, but the instructor at the local college is an ableist jerk who said he absolutely would not accommodate my disability (I can’t carry 20-40 lbs of clay). I could have used the law to fight it but why would I give him money for a class when I don’t even want to know him?

Taking a flight. I’ve never been on a plane, because having an episode on a flight could be catastrophic, but I think at this point in my life I would try it if I had a safe and knowledgable person with me.
