If you had more money than you ever need, would you give it away?
Of course, but I would do so responsibly.
Post a picture of somebody or something you find inspiring!
John Green is my spirit animal. <3

What are your plans for tomorrow?
I'm taking a road trip to Ocean Springs, Mississippi to meet a relative for lunch.
What color socks are you wearing right now? PAP!
What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve done in the name of love?
I wrote someone a very sad love letter, which ended up in the hands of the boy's parents, and eventually mine. To be fair, I was an emotional, chronically ill middle schooler. But yeah...
If someone liked you, how would you like them to tell you?
I can say for sure that I do not do subtlety. Hints and assumptions are frowned upon. I consider them mind games, and I can't stand that. Genuine conversation is key. Anybody who knows me knows I don't currently partake in romantic relationships, but I do still like people - even love some of them quite a lot - and it is okay if people like me as long as there is a very serious understanding that there are to be no ill feelings or intentions of pursuit from either of us. That's just how things have to be for me to maintain my health and well-being. I treasure my friends and will for life if they let me, and I appreciate those who fully accept and respect that.
Who was the last person you saw?
My neighbor smoking in the breezeway. :-/
Put your music on shuffle, what are the first 3 songs that come on?
I have Pandora on, so I will have to tell you the last three that came on:
Broken - Seether
Apologize - One Republic
Stay With Me - Sam Smith

Roller coasters or water slides?
I have a heart for roller coasters, as you can see by the theme of my website (which has been unchanged since my early 20s), but you may be surprised to know that in childhood I definitely preferred water parks. One of my happiest memories as a kid is going down the water slides at Bluff Creek (RIP BC, shut down years ago).
Make an anagram out of your name!

(So stop killing elephants, you worthless scumbags.)

What was the last thing you ate?
I made sausage and potato soup.
Do you want to get the Apple Watch?
No interest at all.
What are your favorite smoothie ingredients?
Not a big smoothie drinker anymore, but I like berries and citrus.
What is the most interesting thing about your family?
My ancestors were co-founders of several prominent cities in North America, some being well-documented and recognized as famous, others as downright notorious. So many stories to tell.
Where would you like to live?
Ponce Inlet, Florida with a view of the lighthouse.
What does your last text message say?
I can't answer that question. It's a private matter.
(I'll let you decide if that's the text, or a rejection of your question.) ;-)

Which sandwich topping would you be and why?
I would be a slice of sharp cheddar because I am both cheesy and snarky.
You can only hear one song for the rest of your life. Bohemian Rhapsody or Ring of Fire?
What would be your ideal lifestyle?
I guess it depends on what you mean. What I want my life to be and what is ideal due to my circumstances are two completely different things.
I wanted to be a mother.
I wanted to foster children.
I wanted to finish my Bachelor's in Psychology Education and move forward to pursue two Master's degrees.
I wanted a career with the financial stability to allow me to live comfortably and do volunteer work on the side.
I wanted to continue my art training and achieve the skill level I had hoped for since kindergarten.
I wanted to invest in real estate, specifically a residential cabin and a B&B.
I wanted to travel the country, and possibly Europe.
I wanted to be a published author.
Plenty of things I wanted for my life. I had plans like anybody else.
It's not meant to be. Life has made sure of that. Based on reality, it is ideal that I survive with my sanity intact. It is ideal that I reside alone with no collateral and no more baggage than I'm already carrying. It is ideal to find peace and contentment wherever I can. It is ideal that I maintain a perspective of gratefulness to be alive, even though I'm too damn tired to live.
This is a real world, not an ideal world.

@whoisdsharp asks, "What is the one thing that brings you the most joy?”
When my nieces (ages 4, 2, and 1) like being around me.
@theyloveearii asks, "Have you ever eaten glue or a crayon or anything strange?”
I haven't. I always thought that was weird, even in kindergarten. The worst thing I've probably eaten is dirt. I was dared by a neighbor, so I tasted it and spit it out. Got in trouble, too, although I'm not sure why it was a big deal.
Would you rather go out for dinner or cook at home?
I love to cook, but I admit I prefer going out more.
Post a GIF that matches your current mood?
What is your favorite non-social networking website?
I'll say YouTube. I don't converse with anyone there, so I don't consider it a social network. I just listen to music and watch vids. (Please don't spam me with video links.)
