How was your day?

Sick all day, then had to go to the laundromat to do four loads. I was the only person wearing a mask. In too much pain to sleep, as usual, so here I am. I’ll go get coffee at 6am, put soup on to slow cook, then try to sleep again. Have a good weekend.

- Beautiful landscapes
- Freedom to choose a religion or lack thereof
- Social security and subsidized housing, although flawed in many ways, is currently the reason I’m not dead or homeless. It’s hard to live this way, but I’m not on the street, and I’m grateful for that.

I don’t know. I used to say my (step)dad, but he threw the whole family under the bus after a 21 year old bank teller bat her fake eyelashes at him.

I have nice friends on the internet, and I’m grateful for that.

I had a sweet kidney doctor most recently, but I don’t know if it’s really his nature or if he was just doing his job, you know? But he was very kind, and I will never forget how that made me feel.

I’ve had a hard life. I’ll embrace sweetness wherever I can find it.

I’m too realistic for this scenario. A billion dollars wouldn’t fit in a book bag, but even if it did, I would assume it’s either a film or crime scene and get as far away from it as possible.

I don’t rank these kind of things. People have been nice. I’ve been transported to the hospital, fed, housed, given grocery money and a cell phone, I’m borrowing a car as we speak...a lot of things.
