I don’t have a set time for this because my body doesn’t cooperate. I have several sleep disorders. I sleep when my body finally crashes. It’s miserable.

I mean I’ve done it but it’s also something to be cautious about because you don’t want to harm other people who share the condition. I don’t think there’s a collective agreement on this.
Can anxiety make your teeth hurt? I’m having a bad toothache right now and Ik for sure my teeth are fine considering I visit the dentist for checkups every 2-3 months and last visit was a week ago. So I assume it’s my anxiety that’s causing this.
