Isn't it bedtime for you yet?
It's always past my bedtime. I don't have a schedule and I don't sleep like the average person thanks to my ailments. When my body crashes, I sleep. Believe me, I didn't choose this way of life. I'd love to be normal.

What made your day today?
Two things happened today that made my day.
1: At the store, a little blonde girl about age 3 randomly burst into the loudest, most twangy, most tone deaf version of "Let It Go" I have ever heard or will ever hear as long as I live. It was hilarious and adorable.
2: Frustrating rush hour traffic turned into a laugh when I started bopping my head and singing to the radio to the top of my lungs. I looked to the right and a woman was staring at me with her mouth half open like I was the nuttiest person she had ever come across. I smiled and didn't miss a beat.

How often do you go to the movies?
Very rarely. I can count the number of movies I've seen in the theater over the last decade on two hands. The most recent movies I saw are The Hobbit II and both Doctor Who features. I'll go see The Hobbit III at Christmas. Prior to those, I had not seen a movie in the theater since The Chronicles of Narnia.

Which languages do you understand or speak?
I speak and understand English. I read French fairly well, but don't ask me to speak it anymore because I remember very little. I use a translator to write it when necessary. I am an ASL (American Sign Language) finger-speller, but don't know very many phrases.

Can you be less as 100% female?
Well I realize it's not common, but some people do in fact have both male and female traits and/or anatomy. The subject of gender identity is a real thing. As for me, I am a girl. I just happen to be a non-stereotypical one. Humanity could stand to lose a few gender stereotypes.
Are you sure that you aren't a boy?
Last time I checked, I was 100% female. But I grew up with an older brother, playing sports in my neighborhood, watching fighting movies and sci-fi, and collecting Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I also collected baby dolls (hated Barbie, though), and had lots of silly crushes on male game show hosts.
When is Doctor Who on tv?
Saturday nights on BBC America. I'm not sure what time it comes on but I think it's in the neighborhood of 8pm central. I don't own a TV, I have to watch it online via BBC iPlayer usually sometime between 4pm and 10pm the day it airs. The season finale starts tonight. It's a two-parter, with the season ending next Saturday. Then there is always a Christmas special that airs on Christmas day. If you're not in the U.S., you'll have to check your local listings. It's nearly worldwide but airs on different days and times.

What’s the one most important thing to get done today?
Today is the start of National Novel Writing Month, so my goal is to write about 2000 words today. In addition to that, I have a food truck charity event to attend in a nearby city, as well as a National Novel Writing Month kickoff meeting at a coffee house in the evening. Which leads me to say goodnight, as I do need to sleep at some point today. No time like the present! Zzzzzzz...

Yeah, exactly. I used to swim a little, but I can no longer move or breathe properly due to Muscular Dystrophy, so I always have to take that into consideration. Anymore questions? I'm calling it a night in 10 minutes (it's 3:00 in the morning here).

What charities and how deep would you want the tank
I would be fine with 3 feet of water, as in the shallow end of a swimming pool. There are loads of charities I would support.

Funny question. I would for charity, although I can't swim so it would have to be a fairly shallow tank. I'm assuming you mean a dunking booth, am I right?
When you can justify a lie?
Although I can't stand lies, there are exceptions. If a lie was necessary in saving someone who was in danger, I would never argue with that. I read an article the other day about a woman who was being beaten and threatened by her boyfriend. She called 911 and pretended to be ordering a pizza. The dispatcher figured out that she was lying because someone dangerous was in the room, and sent police. Brilliant.

Ah, I like this question! I'm always ready to talk about food. My favorite sushi is the Philadelphia Roll.

I could be really sappy and clever and say "love", but I won't. What I will say is American Sign Language.

Sadly I'm not because I moved to another state during kindergarten and didn't know how to keep in touch with my classmates. I don't even remember their last names, so I can't look them up.
