Other than the basics - get up, drink water, shower, eat food, take medication - I have no other routine. I’m seriously ill so my health conditions are my work.

It has been a few years since the flu, thankfully. Wearing a mask has undoubtedly helped prevent catching it lately. I have no remedies other than stay hydrated and rest.
