I'm disabled. I only watch sports, I don't play them. When I was a kid, before my illness kicked into high gear, I was athletic. I was 2nd place in short track and co-ed high jump (yes I even beat the boys) in elementary school. I also played football in my neighborhood, and had a basketball goal at my house. It was all very short-lived, as my physical condition went downhill after that.
Would you like to go to an animal shelter and read books to cats or dogs, if you had such an opportunity?
That's a sweet idea. I'm allergic to dogs so it would be pretty risky for me, but I like how you think.
Can I get married at fifty with little?
I don't see why not. It's a matter of finding the right person. Not everyone is focused on having a lot of money or possessions. It's important to also be the right person. Not everyone should be married. In other cases, some simply haven't reached an ideal level of maturity to be successful at it. If you are suitable for marriage, I hope you find who you're looking for.
dc or marvel?
I'm fine with both.
Biggest lie you told?
If men ask me if I'm alone, or if I have someone with me, I might lie about it. My stepfather made me promise not to let men know that I'm by myself, for my safety, even if it means lying. I really hate these questions because it puts me in a difficult situation. I don't want to lie, but I don't want to disrespect my dad either. The only solution is for men to not ask women those questions at all.
Do you use to run from the truth just because you're scared that you might get hurt?
Nope, but I'm intrigued by your question and invite you to elaborate.
Is there any places (stores, restaurants, etc) that you swear off of going to? Why?
If you could travel the world with only one person who would you take?
I'm not sure. I suppose I would choose someone who makes me feel safe and is willing to put up with me, haha.
Should people pay more attention to other people than their phones?
Generally speaking, yes.
What should we spend money on?
Well, basic necessities are the priority, right? Shelter, utilities, food, transportation, a rational amount of clothing, household needs, medical care, etc. And of course, you have to pay your debts and your taxes like a responsible member of society. If you have disposable income beyond that, congratulations. Spend it on whatever you want or need to.
Do you own a kendama?
I don't!
Are you a forgiving person?
I have a history of forgiving more than I should, which I've realized in retrospect has made me pretty jaded. However, I acknowledge that people unrelated to these events are not at fault and I make every effort not to turn them into a scapegoat. I'm willing to forgive within reason, absolutely. It's important to understand that, depending on the offense, protective boundaries may be issued regardless. The kind of relationship matters also. If I know someone only on a superficial level, such as a friend of a friend or an online acquaintance, I am more likely to remove them from my life simply because I don't need the unnecessary drama or stress. Family, friends, or people I feel connected to on a deeper level would naturally receive more consideration.Serious offenses such as theft, cheating, fraud, or abuse aren't always forgiven, and never forgotten (nor should they be). Having limits and setting boundaries is a necessary part of all safe and healthy relationships.
If you had one word to describe yourself, what word would it be?
Eclectic.
Do you get road rage walking behind slow people?
Not really. In most cases, I am the slow person.
How to know if you are a good person?
I don't know. I just hope to God I am.
What are you obsessed with?
Currently? Thissssss.https://youtu.be/oubvFONlR-wMy friends are probably so tired of me sharing it everywhere, but I love it so much. In spite of the fact that I'll probably be single forever, I am a hopeless romantic. Keyword: hopeless. :-P
What's the best way to apologize?
Have a real conversation. Speak from the heart. Be honest and respectful. If you're genuine, it will show.
