Never have. I’d do it only for fun, but it can’t possibly be infallible. What would it do concerning people with severe anxiety or those who are not neurotypical? I would have to read more about how it works.

I almost guarantee that those students are overestimating. I doubt that THAT many white americans would vote yes. But it’s interesting that there’s such a racial disparity in perception!

I’m interested in the sources if you wish to cite them, even if it’s just the textbook your class is using (if textbooks are still a thing). History is important even if it makes us uncomfortable. We need to know where we’ve been to know where we’re going next. Everyone in the U.S. should study U.S. History and use that opportunity to assess themselves and their life choices.

What’s interesting is that for some reason black people estimate a much higher about than white people! White people average that 10-25% of white people would vote yes, black people say more around 60-80%. That’s basically what he was curious abt. What people would say.

Pretty disturbing stats. There’s no way in hell 60-80% of white people are supremacists. I live in Alabama (God help me) and I still don’t believe it’s anywhere near that high. I think people (as in everyone) need to learn to communicate more effectively, including climbing out of their shells and interacting with people of different races and nationalities. False assumptions kill relationships every day. Things are never going to change if we don’t take a proverbial seat and start truly listening to each other. Obviously one of those two stats are horribly wrong, so instead of getting mad and defensive, we all need to work together to respectfully send the wrong mindsets to the curb.

It would’ve been something when I was very young, most likely. I mean I’ve done some cosplay as an adult but I don’t know if it was as good as what I wore when I was a little kid (I have no pics of that, however). Sorry, I’m old. 😂

I had no vehicle, so I was stuck at home. My apartment complex doesn’t do Trick or Treat, so there were no knocks on the door. It was a boring Saturday of social media and cleaning out the (still dead from Hurricane Zeta) freezer. 👎🏼

I had a dream last night that I met someone from Ask (I will never tell who!!) and they traveled a long way to ask me in person for a partnership, complete with “carrying on the [family] name.” 😳 It was so bizarre and completely out of left field. I asked how old they were, and they were a lot younger than me and I was like 😬 and reminded them that I’m disabled, in my 40s, and not having or raising children. It was a dealbreaker, and they seemed very rejected, but I tried to talk to them to make them face reality and offered to remain friends. Someone else approached and asked if that person was bothering me and where did they come from, and I told them that they were my wonderful friend from [specific area]. And the dream ended. 😩
I woke up like 😳 and felt awful about it. My subconscious needs a solid punch in the face. Thankfully it’s not a scenario I want in real life, so I don’t want anyone to worry about it. 😂
