Have you ever donated blood? How was it? Would you consider doing it if you haven't?
I’m connected to a child with Sickle Cell Anemia and give blood to them every time I’m eligible. As long as I eat a meal before giving, I experience no side effects. I do have to take an iron supplement due to developing iron deficiency anemia from giving.

I hope you reach the point someday where what people think of you doesn’t matter that much. Your life will improve if you stop caring about the judgment of others. When you get as old as me, you realize that most people really aren’t as smart or relevant as they think they are. Don’t let them live rent free in your psyche.
