Farmville is actually how I found out I had an addictive tendency for games. Video games didn't do it. But that darn game had me waking up at 3am to harvest turnips. I went cold turkey after a few months and never went back. Lol!

LOL I love your comment KJay. I’m catching Pokemon at 3:30 in the morning so you know I can’t judge. 😆🤣

For a person you loved deeply, would you be willing to move to a distant place knowing there would be little chance of seeing your family or friends in person more than once a year?

Absolutely.

I believe a true relationship spends every day learning who the other is and loving every version of them. People change over time, if you forget to learn who they are becoming the relationship will fall. Is this something you agree with?

This sounds like idealism. I won’t knock it, but as a realist, I believe there are exceptions. It’s a nice theory, at any rate. Best wishes.

What is your very definition of, love?

Real love is shared authenticity, transparency, and absolute safety. It is finding true happiness in the happiness of another.

Cool beans

Don’t give up on me. Most of the articles I’ve looked up are behind a paywall, which is very frustrating. I wanted to share more info on dissonance and its effects, and give my opinion. I’m keeping this in queue until I can properly address it.
You must be in a service industry. Doctors are taught emotional dissonance. From personal experience I can say doctors, nurses, attorneys/paralegals, and customer service reps put this into practice as a defense. But the short answer is yes, it’s not only possible to be self-aware, it’s necessary.
I’ll be back.

This is an old song, of long ago. Do you think it would hold true for now, as it did back then? "Unless you have done, no wrong in your life, be careful of stones that you throw"

Perhaps if people were called out more on their BS instead of less there might be a greater sense of personal responsibility in the world. I can’t stand it when someone is a lousy human and cites religion as a license to not be held 100% accountable for that. We don’t have a right to hurt others just because we are all flawed.

Is there no pain medication they can prescribe to help?

No, it all causes dangerous muscle weakness including breathing muscles.

How does one give an anonymous like? I had no idea there was any such thing. But yet, on my last question, I received a like, that was labeled anonymous? I'm really curious about that? How is that done?

I’ve never seen it, dear. Maybe ask @askfmhelp.
