I just woke up from a nap and everything feels so good again. a good nap can totally fix some of your issues. People need to nap more maybe if they did they will be happier 🌷

What's something that people should stop saying, iyo? personally, I think we need to stop with"daddy/mommy issues" as an insult, b.c the punchline is always "hAhAhA a grown adult(parent)was absent/ab*sive etc. Towards you (a child).It places the blame on the child for how their parents treated them.

I was on the road for a couple of hours. I talked to the orthopedic surgeon, went to a couple of grocery stores, and now I’m home.
What kind of surgery?
I have a torn rotator cuff. We’re avoiding surgery for as long as possible.

There are so many answers I could give. I’ve always wanted to go to Peru Italy Ireland Scotland France Hungary maybe even Japan…I would want to sightsee and try the food.

Do you prefer to shower or bathe with hot water, lukewarm water, or cold? I know they say it's not healthy for your skin, but I love hot showers and baths. My bathroom turns into a sauna from all the steam and high temperature every time I shower or bathe. Even in the summer.
My shower is always hot.

Is your waist size a normal size? I read that, ideally, your waist measurement should be less than half of your height. If you're 5'6, that's 66inches so your waist should be less than 33 inches. I'm 5'6 and mine is 29 inches. I wish it was less than that like model size, but I can live with that.

The most shocking thing I found out lately was just a couple of hours ago when I checked on an old roommate and saw that she got a divorce, found a boyfriend and had a newborn baby in her 40s!
