Hello kak syaza, nak tanya pendapat la. Wht du yu think on potential students that us uni want? is it abt the essays orrrrrrr actually dia focus on our academics (high school and college) result je?

Well that depends on which universities you are applying to, does it not?
Some universities may stress on SAT/TOEFL/GPA, others may look more heavily on the application itself.

What do you mean by 'risky'?
As for 'busy', whether you are a female or male, you'd be busy anyway in any type of work. Nothing is ever easy.

That depends on the universities that you are applying to. Some may be okay with a copy of the official SPM certificate, some may want the official SPM certificate itself.

True, and false, maybe? (1) It depends on if you are a qualified actuary or not (qualified actuary or at least if you have taken some papers are more in demand), and (2) It depends if you know where/how to look for the job opportunities.

Basically it means to prepare yourself (mentally, physically) for something that might hurt you. So in the Back to December song, that guy is mentally preparing himself to talk to 'TS' because she hurt him before, and he doesn't want to get hurt again.
Same goes to 'a girl with a guarded heart', meaning that she's thinking twice (or thrice, etc) about letting anyone in because of previous experience that might hurt her.
