hi kak syaza! I'm going to take ADFP this july at INTEC. Quite excited but quite intimidated as well 😕 I wonder what preparation should i make -as in regarding the study matter- beforehand. As well, any advice for me to ensure my survival there 😆 hahaha (bcs i know homesick will hit me like hell)

Beforehand, nothing much, I think. Not sure of what you will need to do before, other than preparing to study harder things as compared to SPM.

Hi kak syazana, i've been offered to further my study at UKM for Asasi Pintar but at the same time i've got an offer to do ADP under JPA-MARA scholarship. I'm in dilemma bcs both programmes r among the best. Can u help me to at least explain which programme would u prefer if u were to be me?

I am not that well-versed in Asasi Pintar, so I can't say much about it. A friend, @Bakhtiar271, may know more about it than I do, so you can consult him on that part.

Personally, I would still stick to ADFP, despite everything. It's a good program and I like how it helps me to prepare for the US education system. The fact that I got to do it with a bunch of my friends from primary and secondary schools made it a much more fun environment as well.

I guess ultimately, it depends on what you wist to achieve in your future. I'm sorry I can't be of much help, but I do wish you all the best :)

Maksud aku intake Fall 2015 yang akan fly, meaning budak SPM 2013 yang masuk INTEC in June/July 2014. Sebelum tu JPA-MARA hantar students to A-Levels, even if dyorang nak ke US. Start intake last year baru hantar ke ADFP.

Wa'alaikumsalam. Well, the orientation itself differs every year, depending on how the admin plan the schedule and the PMs (Pembantu Mahasiswa) arrange games and plan the events semua. You can expect some ceramahs (by INTEC, by your sponsors, by your Head of Program, by Kolej Kediaman, by JPKCA / JPKC, etc). Also, most probably akan ada group work and sessions di mana korang kena buat teambuilding and group performance and stuff. Aaaaaaaand ada special slot by yours truly. So yeah. Tu je la kot 😊
