Sebab INTEC bukan UiTM, harap maklum. INTEC private college ye. Dan INTEC itu kolej persediaan, so semuanya masih general.

Wa'alaikumsalam.
Basically for ADFP (and in the US as well), each class (subject / 'course') will have a specific 'credit hour' for it.
For example, let's say I took 4 classes in a semester.
English as a Second Language (3 credits)
Introduction to the Quran (4 credits)
Calculus 3 (4 credits)
Introductory Macroeconomics (3 credits)
Then, let's say my university has this grading scale (which is true, by the way):
A: 4.00
AB: 3.50
B: 3.00
BC: 2.50
C: 2.00
D: 1.50
So, let's say I got an A for ESL and Intro to Quran, and an AB for Calculus 3 & Macroeconomics.
My GPA for the semester would be calculated as:
Credit hour for the subject x grade points earned for the subject
ESL : 3 credits x 4.00 = 12.00
Intro to Quran: 4 credits x 4.00 = 16.00
Calculus 3: 4 credits x 3.50 = 14.00
Macro: 3 credits x 3.50 = 10.50
Total grade points earned: 12 + 16 + 14 + 10.5 = 52.50
Total credit hours for the semester: 3 + 4 + 4 + 3 = 14
GPA for the semester = 52.50 / 14 = 3.75 / 4.00
So in total, they'd just average out all the GPA for every semester to calculate the Cumulative GPA (CGPA).
Semester 1: 14 credits, GPA 3.75
Semester 2: 15 credits, GPA 3.60
Semester 3: 14 credits, GPA 3.80
.....
CGPA: [ (14 x 3.75) + (15 x 3.60) + (14 x 3.80) + ... ] / [ total credit hours ]
As for scoring above 3.90, it is possible, as long as you work hard for it. :)
TOEFL itself is pretty easy. It is, after all, a proficiency test, so RELAX dowh. It's for you to see how good you are in English anyway, so just chill and be natural.
As for SAT, well, the only thing I can say is to practice, practice and practice. Make sure to score well for the Maths section, it'd help you :)

If you're talking about INTEC (the campus) itself, there's a huge ass library & bus transportation to and from INTEC & the kolej kediaman. Computer labs and cafes are available.

Wa'alaikumsalam. That ultimately depends on you and your sponsor (if you're a sponsored student). If you're a private student, it is up to you what you want to major in. If you're sponsored, well, tengok perjanjian la kena buat apa. And tanya sponsor specifically apa yang considered as 'science' for them.
