SPM 2011. Took up A-Levels privately in Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar from January to June 2012, then dropped it and took up ADFP in INTEC from July 2012 - June 2013.
can you explain what course you take? How you get scholarship? result SPM ok or not? how can you abroad?
I'm taking Actuarial Science, in the US under a loan from MARA. Alhamdulillah, results SPM OK je.

InsyaAllah, yep. If I didn't get MARA, I would've continued my A-Levels, and reapply for scholarship in March/April 2013, using my predicted results and hopefully conditional offers from UK universities. If I still couldn't get a scholarship then, my parents said they could pay for my first year of university as I try to look for scholarships.

InsyaAllah belum. Qualified actuary sangat sikit kat Malaysia. Kalau pandai cari peluang, okay la :)

Okay, I don't actually know what you're thinking of when you said 'future plans', but here you go.
For the next three and a half years I'm in the USA, I plan to travel to at least 25 states. One summer, I plan to go abroad on an AIESEC Exchange Program (it's supposed to be this year's summer, but I might postpone it to next year). One summer, I'm going to try and get an internship at a company in the States. I plan to be on the executive committee of the Business School Magazine (b.Line). I plan to start an Award Chapter in Madison for the Duke of Edinburgh Award. I plan to finish my Gold award for DoE Award. I plan to leave a mark in Madison. I plan to sit for at least two / three Actuarial papers and pass them.
Okay, big dreams, I know. Those are just plans, and not necessarily would happen.
As for after graduating, well, it depends.
If I can secure a work placement in the US, maybe I'm going to stay here for a couple of years, gain experience while I study and sit for the rest of the Actuarial papers. But if I don't, well, I wouldn't mind coming back to Malaysia. Find a job, sit for the papers in Malaysia and become a qualified actuary. Work for a few months / year, get married (possibly, ask the guy), and work some more. Take two years off to join Teach For Malaysia, probably? Regularly visit high schools for programs and talks (probably 'crash' another program). Get my MBA. Publish my books.
So, yeah. Roughly about that.

Pre-university tak perlu bayar balik. Degree, perjanjian aku about RM0.5juta, depending on how much they actually pay for me.
