If you could have any view from your home, what would it be?

I wouldn’t mind waking up to a view like this.

Do you miss someone who was too close to you?

So many people. I’ve lost touch with a lot of my friends from school and college. Life seems to have drifted us apart.

What's your plan this weekend?

It's Easter weekend, so I'm heading out to explore some areas in West Yorkshire with some friends :)

What do you want as a bday gift :)

Hmmm. Some of my wishes for this year’s birthday:
1) New shawls, preferably chiffon and printed (floral / abstract design). I need to change up my shawls, they’re getting old.
2) Voucher for something new to try out with the husband (i.e. pottery class, painting, etc).
3) To finish my dissertation on time (this is my gift to myself lol, I want to finish my dissertation by early August if possible).
4) New books? Even though I have like tons on my To Be Read list, you can never have too many books.
5) Good food with good friends.

What are some things that make you really happy?

1) McDonalds’ Chocotop / Cadbury McFlurry
2) A hug / kiss from the husband
3) A good book
4) Chicken rice
5) Iced milo / orange juice
6) A good basketball sesh
7) A good sleep
8) Buying gifts for friends and family
9) Writing
10) Cleaning the house

Don't be ><

You asked for it 🤷🏻‍♀️
That said, even if you are insignificant in the whole grand scheme, that doesn’t mean that your life’s not meaningful.
You give the meaning to your life. You have the reins to your life, the ability to create and spread as much positivity and love in the world, to be kind and passionate and committed to what you believe in.
Who gives a (@/&£ about what other people think? Life’s too short to worry about getting clout or followers or likes - focus on yourself and what makes you happy.
And sometimes, what makes you happy can be a totally ordinary thing. You don’t have to dream big and want to change the world and everything. It’s totally fine to dream small and pursue the little goals.
Whatever rocks your boat ☺️🌸

What is something that needs to be said that nobody wants to hear?

You’re insignificant in this world. Nobody actually cares about you, what you wear, how you look, because everyone just cares about themselves. You’re just a small speck of dust in the whole wide universe, a meaningless dot.

Name a person who has never let you down

No one. Everyone has let me down in one way or another, big or small. Heck, even I’ve let myself down so many times in the past.

What says "autumn" to you? For me, Pumpkin spice Cliff bars, Starbucks, lip balm and assorted cold essentials spell an oncoming fall.

Sweater weather!!

What is the most useful thing/skill/habit (of any nature, personal or professional) you've learnt/developed in your life?

Personal finance and good money management skills.
It's an important skill for anyone to learn, regardless of your job, age, race, skill level, etc.
A student can benefit from good money management skills, to learn how to save money and maybe generate small part-time income.
An adult can benefit from by learning how to manage their spending/expenditure and how to save for future retirement / wedding / house / etc.

What is your greatest success in your life?

As of 23/03/2019 4:42PM (GMT +00:00),
My greatest success in life is to keep my cactus alive for more than a semester.

What are your goals in life?

To have an award named after me, or at least a building named after me. :p

What have you learned from your life till now?

Nothing last forever.
Friendships? They all fail, one way or another.
Love? Something will happen, be it a breakup, death or just fading out.
Sleep? You got to wake up at some point.
Favorite TV series? They all end (or Netflix decides to not continue them anymore).
School? It might seem like ages, but the holiday will come by soon.
Weekend? Hell it's Monday people.

What is a valuable lesson you learned too late in school/last sem? Elaborate.

This is probably something that I just learned last week, and would probably be useful for all students out there.
Create an Excel Spreadsheet to keep track of all your involvements in schools, universities/colleges, all your part-time and/or internship experiences, volunteer work, etc. This would be useful in future job applications since you'll already have all the information needed, and you can just then copy/paste as needed.
