We didn't have any other interviews, if that is what you're asking. Our appeal was just filling up a form stating what other programs we want other than the one we were rejected for, and that's all. I don't know how it is for you guys, so there might or might not be an interview. Best to call MARA and ask personally. :)

During my time, the appeal for MARA, aka the second intake, started after the first batch of results are announced. Results for the appeal came out late June for us.
And I don't know how it is this year, considering how the appeal process changed and how MARA always change their processes and all. Sorry :/

Normally the last stage (if I'm not mistaken, from what I've heard) is for them to go over the scholarship contract or details with you and your parents, to discuss about it. That was what it was before, I think.

Normally you're not allowed to use them in formal essays (exams, application essays and all).

I can't say much 'cause I haven't done much research or reading on the program, so I think you're better off asking someone in that program itself, or anyone who is at least know more about the Accounting career and course. :)

1) What you're studying for Diploma or what you're planning to study when you're abroad.
2) Where you actually want to go. (UK? US? Russia? Middle East? Australia? etc?)
3) Which universities are you aiming to go to.
Different universities in different countries have different requirements and procedures. Diploma isn't a full bachelor's degree, but it is also more than the normal STPM / Matriculation / A-Levels, so I don't really know where it really fits into an international curricular (though, I know that some universities do offer Diploma as well for undergraduates, so I don't know if Diploma leavers who want to continue their studies would be considered as postgraduates or not).
My best bet for you is: Ask someone who's more well-versed into this. Probably a university counselor or any academic advisor in your university. Or email the university you want to go to and ask for their advice. It'd be safer that way than asking someone like me who has just finished her first year of university and lacking in knowledge about university requirements and procedures. :)

Hi :) Sorry for the late reply, been a bit busy these past few days and all. Some of my friends are doing that program in Shah Alam, and I think that it's a good program, if you're into it. About choosing between UIA and UiTM Shah Alam, you may want to think about 1) Location-wise, does it matter to you, 2) Environment-wise, does it play a big deal in your life, and 3) Academic-wise, what you want to study and pursue later on in life. And, should you get MARA-JPA, you can always start over again if you wish to do so :)
Main thing is, to pray and solat istikharah. And don't forget to ask for your parents' blessings and opinions as well :) Good luck :)

Wa'alaikumsalam. Sorry for the late reply. I'm not so sure if you'd be compensated for that, what you can do is try asking Na'im (Twitter @naiimkhalid), 'cause if I'm not mistaken, before he joined INTEC for ADFP under MARA, he was in Taylor's under bursary, so maybe he can help a little bit. :)
