Why did u reject the bursary ? And choose mara instead? What did kpm's bursary offer u? AS also?

I first rejected the bursary because KPM wasn't going to allow me to continue my A-Levels in KTJ if I choose to take the bursary. I find it a waste of time if I drop my A-Levels in KTJ and take up A-Levels again somewhere else. That was before I applied for MARA and thought about heading to the States for my undergraduate years.
KPM bursary do not 'offer' you anything. You can basically choose whatever you want to do, as long as the university you want to go to is in the list of approved universities by KPM. So you're free to choose.

Macam mana akak apply untuk masuk progam intec daripada mara?

Masa apply program lepas SPM under MARA tu dah pilih program kat INTEC dah.

What is your opinion on the privilege given to Bumiputeras in Malaysia? Besides the fact that it is in the Constitution that has been agreed by every leader during the making of the country, what are the other things that can possibly justify it (i.e the privilege given)? Is it really necessary?

Answered below ^^

I also know that you are a MARA scholar (or under MARA loan?), so how do you feel about people whom have better qualifications than you but do not receive the same privileges as you, due to the fact that they are simply not a Bumiputera?

Truthfully, I think that the fact that Malays (or Bumiputeras) have it easy, it makes them feell ike they can get away by being lazy and doing 'just enough'. I'm not saying this holds for everyone, but for most (or some?) of them. They'd be like, "Oh, it's okay, I can still have the MARA option", or like, "UiTM's only for Bumiputera, okay la tu".
The fact that Bumiputera have it easy makes them feel too comfortable with themselves. They take it for granted, something that they feel 'they SHOULD have', instead of a responsibility and motivation to work harder.
As for non-Bumi people with better qualifications that I am, well, I see most of them opting for the bursary option given by KPM (I rejected the bursary). I do have friends who complained about how some of their Malay friends are like taking the MARA loan for granted, slacking off with their work and stuff, while they (non-Bumis) have to work super hard to maintain a good grade so that they'd be able to score a scholarship / loan.
So, hmm, yeah, that's my two cents on it. :)

do u really know the people that u inspire?cuz for me the most inspire person is when he/she know the people that he/she inspire....btw im anime lovers and i love ur blog about the anime things.hihi

Truthfully, I don't even know if I've 'inspired' other people.
I do make it a personal challenge to do so, but ultimately, I wouldn't actually know it if I'm inspired anyone to do anything. I may have made an impact, either on my friend's life or on a stranger's life, but 'inspiration', that's a big word to use. It is more than just, "Oh my God, she's so awesome, I wanna be like her" comment.
Personally, I think inspiration is more along the line of you remembering the hardships and obstacles another has face, and remembering how they've overcome their challenges to reach success, and using that as a motivation for you to move on forward in your life.

what is your opinion on universities in city areas? Drexel university for instance. It's quite good, bcause it's private and they offer Co-op where you can work in your first year.

A lot of universities, city or non-city, actually offer co-op. Personally, I do not really enjoy studying in a city. I've been to Drexel over my winter break, and although it is a good university, (and the fact that it's located next to UPenn, my dream school), I wouldn't want to study in Drexel (or any university in the city, for that matters), 'cause I hate having to walk for so far / taking the subway / buses just to get to class. I prefer a university or college town like Madison, where everything is within walking distance (most of the buildings are <10 or <15 minutes walk of each other).
It all comes down to personal taste, basically. There are people who love living in a city because there's a lot more to do, close to shopping places. But I prefer quieter places :)

Have you taken any international english tests such as IELTS? How did you do on the test/tests?

Yes. I got band 7.5 for IELTS, 109 on the TOEFL iBT.

With the American Programme in INTEC or Taylors, is it possible to apply to top universities like Harvard, MIT and Yale?

Yes
