This is a very general question but... can you tell me how much do Malaysian students who live off-campus normally have to pay for their accommodation monthly?

Roughly within USD 200 - 900 monthly, depending on:
(1) Location
(2) Shared / single room
(3) Type of apartment / house
(4) Number of housemates
(5) Furnished / unfurnished
(6) Utilities

University akak ada mintak your past record of vaccination ke apa ke bila sampai?

Paper copies no. But kena isi online form with past record la.

akak, how much the cost for sending one postcard from malaysia to the another country (include the cost of the stamp)?

Sending a letter in general (below a certain weight limit) cost around RM1 - RM3, depending on the place. A postcard would cost roughly around the same price. To Australia, probably around RM1.40, to US is RM2.00 or so. (that's to buy the stamp. If you have the stamps then you can straight away post it)

When did you start applying for visa? How long did it take? I applied for the UK visa once and it was painful as hell. The waiting is prolonged by the sponsor whose name cannot be mentioned here :P :P :P p/s - You're like a treasure trove of the internet. Me love yaaaaaaaaaa! ::D

I applied for my visa along with my parents' tourist visas (they sent me off to the States). Filled up the online forms, paid the fees and stuff around May or June, I think. Set up an interview sometime at the end of June / early July (can't exactly remember when, but most likely in July 'cause I was already on my break then). Interview was short, <5 minutes, got my visa in my passport three days afterwards. 😊
