Well that depends on the person itself and how they’ve lived their life so far.
If they’ve lived a fulfilling life, doing the things that they love, having a job / passion that they enjoy, having spent their time around loved ones, taking every opportunities for adventure and making the most out of their time, growing older may mean that they’ve now have time and the means to do more of what they enjoy. Less commitments at work (for those retiring), more loved ones to spend time with (older kids or grandkids), more matured outlook on life. They might be thinking, “I’ve enjoyed life as much as possible, I’m content with life and I’m proud of what I’ve done and have.”
But for those who have wasted their younger years, growing older might mean that they’re getting agitated by how much they haven’t done yet. They might be thinking “no, I can’t die yet, I haven’t fully lived. I haven’t told them I love them, I haven’t spent enough time with my family because I’ve been working too much”.
Who knows? 🤷🏻♀️
