It depends on where you are going. TOEFL is mostly for US universities, IELTS is more to UK and other countries.

Errr, it doesn't matter much. You can basically do whatever you want. There's no one right way to a degree, you know.

Which one for what? You mean between IELTS, TOEFL and SAT? TOEFL, for sure. SAT depending on your universities.
What is transfer credit means?
Say like you've taken ADFP before going to the States, and that during your ADFP year, you took some classes like Physics 1, Calculus 1, Computer Programming 1 and others. Depending on your university, you might be able to transfer the credits of the courses you've taken so you don't have to repeat them again. And you can start your year in university with some credits in hand, so you can graduate earlier if you/ want
I am applying for a first year and adfp transcript is required. How can I get it? Does that means kena mintak kat Cik Din official result untuk Fall 2013 SAHAJA?
Hantar dossier kat Encik Din kan? Dia akan hantar results for Fall, jangan risau. And if you get accepted and you choose to be admitted to that university, dia akan hantar results Spring and Summer as they are released later, don't worry

Try searching for good business schools for undergraduates. Accounting should be under Business Schools, so it's be a great place to start.

TOEFL kat INTEC is managed by Encik Din. Dia bagi form, kau isi, then bagi balik kat dia. Yang selainnya dia buat, and then you'd get an email about when your test is.
