Hello! Sorry to bother you! I was reading the guidelines to submit an application for UTP and I don't get what does it means by "All documents can be certified by a Government Officer (Division 1)/Penghulu/Headmaster/Deputy Headmaster etc". Am I supposed to ask for someone from the mentioned above?

Usually when students (commonly SPM leavers) need to certify any documents (transcripts, etc), they can ask their principals at their high school to certify the documents for them (i.e. making copies in advance and ask the principal to stamp them as 'official' and sign it').

akak , my result for each exam at secondary school from form2-5 (not included spm and pmr) such as pkbs 1 , 2 etc needed to translate or not when i want to apply uwm ?

It needs to be in English, yes. So either have the school provide the transcript in English or make a translation and get it certified by the school (provide the Malay one as well)

kak, if i have college subject such as calculus 1 and 2, microecons and some other subjects, but I will enter umw as freshmen, can i transfer the credits when i enter umw.

Most probably, yes.

If it's credits, usually boleh je transfer. And usually for introductory courses they can transfer the credits as the same courses, and usually more advanced courses transfer over as electives if there's no similar courses kat UW-Madison.

Before or after masuk pun okay je. It's to "Declare" the Option A for Econ major, so you can do that when you're here. So don't worry too much about requirements for specific majors yet until you talk to an advisor here.

Nope. Tak perlu isi MARA kalau tak nak. It's not compulsory. Heck, lots of my friends don't even apply for any scholarships / MARA / JPA because of personal reasons.
