Hello! Sorry to bother you! I was reading the guidelines to submit an application for UTP and I don't get what does it means by "All documents can be certified by a Government Officer (Division 1)/Penghulu/Headmaster/Deputy Headmaster etc". Am I supposed to ask for someone from the mentioned above?

Usually when students (commonly SPM leavers) need to certify any documents (transcripts, etc), they can ask their principals at their high school to certify the documents for them (i.e. making copies in advance and ask the principal to stamp them as 'official' and sign it').
