If you go out out, then yes. If takat pergi kelas, nah. Bawak Student ID masa on campus okay je. Kalau taknak passport, pakai driver license US la kalau ada.

kak, saya ada baca kat satu laman web, "we had just received a bad news. MARA sponsorship division has issued a statement saying that this programme is to be suspended. Only those who received SPC offer right after SPM will be sent overseas. This is due to economy problem in malaysia"

I read (well, I used to read). And I write, a lot. I blog, I write stuff on my laptop and/or phone that I keep for myself, I write journals/diaries, I write letters and postcards (yes, I'm that old school).
Whatever you do, make sure you do it consistently and actively using your brain.
If you're merely reading novels without really understanding it, you're not helping yourself.
I used to have a small notebook filled with quotes and phrases that I like from the books / articles that I read (I lost it now, I think?). Have a small notebook (or even on your phone) and save all the new vocabs that you've encountered in a book, or even the phrases or quotes that they used.
And don't expect it to come immediately. Reading novels for a month wouldn't improve your English dramatically. But reading and writing and all the other things for months and years will definitely help in the long run.
Whatever you do, make sure you do it consistently and actively using your brain.
