And again, that is completely up to you. You can choose to do whatever you want. I know of some people who did Dance or some random Humanities majors for undergraduate years then went on to do Law in graduate schools. It doesn't really matter, you can't expect there to be a 'one right pathway' for every major.

Errr, what do you want to know about? In simpler terms, it's something related to Statistics, using statistical methods to calculate risk in business, finance, insurance, and stuff like that.
I can't be more precise in my explanation, 'cause to be honest, that's pretty much what I know about it now. I have yet to learn about Act Sci or have yet to take any Act Sci courses. Sorry I couldn't help much.
