Good question. I wish I knew i feel like the next generation of children will be influenced by various social contributions (if that makes sense) i think they'll have some of our values but not completely & it really depends on what you and I deem as better or worse.

Ya making me blushhhhh ha thanks indeed! I encourage mostly young females to read my blogs as I feel they'll understand & relate to it more, as for men i try to make some read it just so they can challenge it or at least understand how some of us think/feel.

heyy Oloni im thinking of applying to beds and i want to know how the magazine journalism course is? did you gain a lot from it? would it be better to go to like an arts uni do you think? im more worried about the networking and links and finding a job after uni, how is it for that? thanks so much x
Hey :-) I study journalism not magazine journalism. It helped me because it showed me all sides of the course itself, such as print, magazine and online. I'd say go where feels right. If that's Bedfordshire of an arts school. know Cond Naste have a university especially for creatives which could be REALLY beneficial check it out! As for networking and such I had to do that all by myself, one lesson I learnt at being at uni is that it;s just independent learning as well as independent-find-yourself-some-experience.

5 tips for an aspiring journalist?
I'm half asleep, but let's seeee. 1) Write ever day. 2) Read EVERY DAY. I never used to read all the time, but my bags always have at least one novel a magazine or the free Evening Standard. 3) network, who you happen to know will do wonders! 4) Be persistent. As a journo you have to want it & learn to be an opportunist! 5) Be NICE. Being nice just gets you such a LOOONGGG way.
