I have been hurt in the past. My partner has hurt me too. I really want it to work but there's no trust currently. I know my partner loves me but they keep doing the same things to hurt me. I dunno if they are naive or they just don't love me as much as they say. I actually dunno what to do.

You're going to have to be very careful with who you choose to be intimate with. I'd advise letting them know too. Make sure you're using the antiviral medicines & ALWAYS practice nothing but safe sex. It will be difficult but there are ways around it.
