وإنما نقلت للأخ الفتوى بجواز الدعاء بخير الدنيا في النفل = من خارج المذهب، لأنه غلب على ظني أنه ليس حنبليا، ونقلت له المنع في الفرض من مذهبنا احتياطا.

هل يجوز ان اصلي دون وضوء بعد الاستحمام العادي او الاغتسال من الجنابة ام أنه يجب ان اتوضأ ؟؟
يجب عليك الوضوء.
ولا يجزئ الاستحمام لأن الوضوء يشترط النية ويفترض الموالاة والترتيب بين الأعضاء.
أما إذا كنت جنبا، فتنوي الغسل من الحدث الأكبر والأصغر معا = فيجزئ بذلك عن الوضوء.

سأجيبك من تجربة شخصية، لأني قرأته وأنا في أول الطريق، ثم قرأته ثانية، وثالثة، ورابعة، ولم استفد حقا إلا بعد أن قطعت هذه الأشواط

what's wrong here is for you to take a non Muslim to a mosque and leave him alone if you knew that some community members were intolerant. As for the brother's comments, there's no point to talk about them if you don't know who he is.

Assalamualaykum, I came across this Hadith Grade : Sahih (Darussalam) Reference : Sunan an-Nasa'i 4070 In-book reference : Book 37, Hadith 105 English translation : Vol. 5, Book 37, Hadith 4075 I was hoping you can shed some light on the ruling that the man received and how it can be misused.
There is a consensus ruling among all Muslim scholars, that a Muslim who cursed God or the Prophet Muhammad is to be killed. As for minorities living with Muslims and non Muslims who live away from Muslims, there is a difference on opinion, especially if they don't know well enough about Islam, but the vast majority of scholars are upon the opinion that non Muslims are to be punished for that crime by execution as well.
I suppose the light you're asking me to shed is on how Islamic rulings of law and order should be understood in today's world. Let me be clear that *all* rulings of law and order in Islam are bound to be executed only by the order of the Muslim ruler. Vigilantism is forbidden in Islam: it is not permissible for any individual or group to carry out a ruling that is exclusive to the legal authority of the government.
One major aim of this punishment - like all other punishments - is to deter future similar crimes from taking place. Am I obliged to lend money to relatives that always spend beyond their means? This has been going on for twenty years, they have been declared bankrupt but nothing seems to change and has caused me much grief. If I do stop giving is that considered breaking ties?
Remember that God Almighty gives you sustenance even when you disobey Him. Allah said:
"And let not those among you who are blessed with graces and wealth swear not to give (any sort of help) to their kinsmen, Al-Masakin (the poor), and those who left their homes for Allah's Cause. Let them pardon and forgive. Do you not love that Allah forgives you? And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
Those verses were revealed when Abu Bakr - may God be pleased with him - swore not to give Mistah Ibn Uthatha any more charity after Mistah slandered Aisha and accused her of adultery (the mother of the believers, the wife of the prophet , Abu Bakr's daughter). So Allah blamed Abu Bakr for doing that, and when Abu Bakr heard the end of the verse "Do you not love that Allah forgives you" He repented and said "Yes we do, we do want our Lord to forgive us" and resumed his regular charity to Mistah.
Point is, you should separate between your charity and what they do with it, or what they do generally in their lives. If you want to advise them, advise them without intimidating or threatening with withdrawing your charity. Allah does not love that.
Research has shown that people who are facing financial stress can not always think straight, and are bound to make wrong financial decisions. Offer to help and support them make better financial decisions, but don't assume that your charity to them gives you the right to interfere in their lives. And God knows best.

However calling them 'the worst' indicates that you are either dishonest or biased. There are clearly worse people than them in the world, drug dealers, alcoholics, murderers, disbelievers, etc.
My advice: Train your eye and heart to only look for your (many) negative qualities, and people's (many) positive qualities.

Friend is in a haraam relationship with a kaffir girl. Friend isn't really practicing, and he finds his family annoying and has urges now so looks for "love" outside the home. Girl is young, attractive, and has good qualities that make her a gf to keep in guy code. How do you help the friend?

متى ما وصل الإنسان رتبة الإجتهاد فقد صار من أهل العلم، لكن في نفس الوقت لا يسعه أن يجتهد في كل المسائل مباشرة، فهو إذا يظل على التقليد في جل المسائل حتى ينظر فيها، فهو عالم في مسألة ومقلد في مسائل أخرى. لكن قدرتن على الاجتهاد نفسه كاملة لا تتجزأ.
دعني أضرب لك مثلا من الطب، لا يمكن لطالب الطب أن يمارس المهنة حتى أن يحصل على رخصة الممارسة بعد إكمال شهادة الطب. رخصة الطب لا يمكن أن تتجزأ. لكن كون أنه طبيب عام ممارس لا يعني بالضرورة أنه يعرف أن يداوي أي مرض قلب أو أن يقوم بأي عملية جراحية قلبية، لابد له من دراسة تخصص القلب، وبعدما ينهي دراسة التخصص يمكنه وصف العلاج للحالات المستعصية ويراجع أقوال من قبله في هذا المجال. لكن حتى وبعد تخصصه في القلب قد لا يمكنه وصف العلاج لمرضى الجلد حتى يدرس ذلك التخصص أيضا. مع أنه طبيب عام، وممارس، ومتخصص بدرجة استشاري - لكن في أمراض القلب، فهو بحكم أنه طبيب عام يفهم - شيئا ما - عن الأمراض الجلدية، لكنه مع ذلك لا يمنع أنه يتوجب عليه أحيانا أن يسأل استشاريا الجلد في الأمراض الجلدية المستعصية، ويحيل عليه.
فإن قيل هل يشترط لطبيب القلب أن يحيل جميع مسائل الجلد إلى الجلدية؟ الجواب عقلا - وحسب قوانين نقابات الأطباء: لا. فكونه طبيب عام يعني أنه قادر على أن يبتّ بغالبية المسائل البسيطة في أي مجال.
والقاعدة الذهبية التي تجري دائما على لسان الشيخ @Mohamadabdelwahed "اللي بيفهم = بيفهم في كل حاجة" :)
لكن، هب لو درس تخصص القلب كله وهو طالب قبل التخرج، هل يجوز له الممارسة أو وصف العلاج. الجواب لا طبعا، ولا لنفسه! لماذا؟ لأنه غير مؤهل أصلا للممارسة، ولم تكتمل عنده آلات التشخيص والطبابة.
فرتبة الاجتهاد في الفقه = تؤهله للتشخيص والفتيا عموما، لكن لا يمنع أنه يظل مقلدا في جوانب ومجتهدا في جوانب أخرى. فيمكنه أن يتخصص في مسائل الطهارة، أو علم الفرائض، أو أبواب المعاملات، إلخ. ولا تتقدم الأمم والحضارات إلا بالتخصص. ولا يعيب التخصص إلا الجهلة والبطّالون.

في أي مرحلة يشرع طالب الفقه الحنبلي في معرفة والنظر إلى أدلة أقوال الحنابلة (دون النظر إلى أدلة أقوال المذاهب الأخرى)؟ في أخصر وعمدة وزاد إلخ يُذكر الوجه والقول دون ذكر دليله وطبعا هذا يلائم المبتدئ ولكن متى بناسبه الشروع في معرفة الأدلة؟ بارك الله فيكم
