يا شيخ حدّثنا عن كتاب (مطالب أولي النهى) في مذهبكم؟ ما مكانته ومزاياه؟ كأن الحنابلة غير مهتمين به اليوم.

من لم يقرأه لم تكتمل معرفته بالمذهب.
يدرسه الطالب كشرح للغاية بعد أن ينهي المنتهى أو الاقناع أو كليهما، ويجمع معه منحة مولي الفتح للشطي.
والشرح والحاشية لم يُخدمان بما فيه الكفاية نسأل الله التيسير والتوفيق لمن يعمل عليهما، آمين.

If I buy an online course (let's say to learn programming), am I allowed to give access to family members if the one who sold it didn't mention anything regarding it?

If you buy something, you're free to lend it as long as it's within your initial permissions.
A seller's condition that limits the buying rights, such as: you may not resell this book, or you may not lend it or gift it, etc. is a void condition.

السلام عليكم ، أنا طالبة متقدمة للدراسة بالجامعة البريطانية (طب الأسنان ) ،ولغتى الانجليزية ليست بالممتازة ،هلا نصحتنى فضلا؟

ضعي الهدف الأولي هو الإستماع لألف ساعة من الكلام، مائتي مقطع نصف ساعة،
ممكن تبدئي بمقاطع فديو مع ترجمة عربية، ثم تنتقلي لمقاطع فديو مع ترجمة انكليزية، ثم تنتقلي لمقاطع فديو من غير ترجمة، ثم مقاطع صوتية.
ويا حبذا لو كانت الف ساعة في العلوم الشرعية. شوفي مثلا معهد السلام بريطانيا، ومعهد جبريل بريطانيا، وأكاديمية كامبريدج بريطانيا، ومعهد يقين امريكا، وعلم فليكس (متوقف الان للاسف، ربنا يعينهم) وعلم پاث (لم يبدأ بعد، ربنا يوفقهم).

هناك من يشرح الاسماء والصفات كدرس عقدي، وهذا يفيد من يريد التخصص للرد على المبتدعة.
وهناك من يشرحها كدرس تربوي، للتعرف على صفات الرب، ومحبته وإجلاله وتعظيمه في السر والعلن.
وممن له سلاسل مرفوعة على الشبكة في الأسماء والصفات: الشيخ الددو الشنقيطي، والشيخ مصطفى العدوي، والشيخ محمد راتب النابلسي.
انا عن نفسي تأثرت كثيرا بدروس الأسماء والصفات لفضيلة الشيخ محمد الدبيسي، حفظه الله، في مسجد الهدي المحمدي في العباسية. ودروسه مسجلة ومرفوعة على الانترنت، وله قناة على تليجرام، ومفرغة ومطبوعة في كتب.

فضلا.. هل من دروس يوتيوب أو ساوند لشرح الأسماء والصفات؟

ليس اليوتيوب ولا الساوند كلاود من اختصاصي، ولم استعملهما، ولا حتى الأشرطة من قبلهما، قط، لوحدهم لطلب علم.
ولست أرى بديلا عن وجود مدرس او مشرف او موجه لأي علم، شرعي أو غيره، حتى وإن وجهك للكتب واليوتيوب وغيره لكن يكون هناك مجال للعودة إليه للسؤال والاستفسار.
غير هذا، فالتعلم من غير معلم لا يزيد عن كونه مطالعة وإثراءً معرفيا.

My father won't allow me to go to Isha or Fajr in the masjid because it's too far away and he fears I'll get attacked on the way. He would go with me but he has night shifts at work otherwise he'd take me. What do you advise?

Fear is a waiver of congregational prayer at the mosque.
Find a family member or a neighbour who didn't go to the mosque and pray with them.

The prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam talked about paradise and hell, about reward and punishment. What do you advise one to mention in regards to our elders (80, 90 years). Is it better to give them hope?

Every person's case is different, but people in general are more likely to benefit from hope than fear.

What is your opinion on boycotting mcdonalds (I sometimes buy ice cream there) and the likes? Whenever I plan to do so muslims demotivate me 'bro your extra pennies missing won't cause any harm to those companies' etc... is it conpletely useless or better than to do nothing?

If BDS did not affect these companies (it does, see here why: https://goo.gl/AxUwgu ), then not doing so affects your heart.
People's rights are violated every day because of oppression these companies support, being on the side of the argument that tries to justify your own icecream or soda at the expense of basic human rights for millions of people, is not my favorite sundae.

A charity org is collecting money for a machine that will dig 4500 wells in the next 25 years insha Allah. You can participate in the purchase of the machine with 100€, I want to buy one as sadaqa jariya for my deceased grandma. Is this acceptable and is having the niyyah & just buying it enough?

Indeed. The Prophet said: the greatest act of charity is giving water.
Make sure you do the due diligence of checking the credibility of the organization, paperwork and previous projects.

سمعت من فترة ان لو انسان فايته فرائض و كان بيصلي نوافل كتير ، ان النوافل اللي بيصليها دي تعوّض اللي فايته من الفرائض . الكلام دة صح و لا غلط ، و لو صح ايه الدليل عليه . و لو شخص فايته فرائض كتير و عايز يعوضها بي ميعرفش هي قد ايه يعمل ايه ؟

نسأل الله لنا ولكم الثبات في الأمر والعزيمة على الرشد.
معلوم أنما الأعمال بالنيات، والفرض يحتاج لنية خاصة به عن النفل، فلا يجزئ نفل عن فرض. فكما أن سنة الفجر لا يمكن أن تجزئ عن صلاة الفجر من نفس اليوم، كذلك أي نفل لا يجزئ عن أي فرض.
وحديث النوافل التي تجبر الفرائض في الميزان يوم القيامة يحتمل أن يكون في أن النوافل تجبر ما نقص من كمال الفرض من خشوعه وسننه، لا الفوائت من الفروض.
ومن كان عليه فروض كثيرة يقدر قدرها ويقضي لأقرب تقدير... مثلا إن كان مفرطا لمدة سنتين، يصلي فيها نصف الصلوات فقط، فيقضي سنة من الفرائض.
ويترك النوافل إلا الوتر وسنة الفجر ويركز كل نافلة وقته على قضاء ما استطاع من الفرائض بترتيب فروضهن (الفجر ثم الظهر ثم العصر إلخ)
فإذا فعل الإنسان ذلك، اكثر بعدها من النوافل وسأل الله التوبة والمعافاة والإستقامة، إذ ليس ثمة بلاء أعظم من ترك الصلاة.

Salam ustadh, i know this question may be some Pak vs Arab thing but whats the hukm on eating chicken/beef from Mcdonalds here in Canada, US etc? It is not a Pak vs Arab thing.
I identify as Arab, and numerous scholars I've studied from, who are also Arab, have stated that the *default* meat in North America is not halal.
For the meat to be halal it has to be either slaughtered by Muslim, Christian or Jew, exclusively.
If you know the source of the meat, and can be certain that the butcher believes in any of the Abrahamic religions of monotheism, then you may consume it without doubt, whether you're Arab or Pak.
The case for the mainstream meat in Ontario, to be specific - where all meat must be slaughtered, no gas no chemicals no electrocution - is that you cannot be certain that the meat was slaughtered by a Muslim, Christian or Jew. It can also be slaughtered by Buddhists or atheists.
Imam albuhooti stated: If two carcasses were mixed up (e.g. in hunting), and one of them was killed by a Muslim, Christian or Jew, while the other by a polytheist,

If one animal was killed in the same time by a monotheist and a polytheist but it is not known which one killed it,
Then all the meat is prohibited.

I was fasting for my missed day of Ramadan. But then, I was invited somewhere and decided I should go. I then realized everyone was going to have dinner, and that it would be rude for me to fast among them. I broke my fast. I heard I need to make up for two days now, is this true?

It is prohibited to break an obligatory fast without a legitimate reason. The make up day has the same obligatory status of the original day.
Had it been a voluntary fast, it would've been ok to break the fast when invited, especially if the host put an effort/money on the meal and the invite, in that case breaking the voluntary fast is recommended.
Either way, you only have to seek forgiveness, and make up the original day again. There is no added expiation for breaking a make up day.
