There is a guy that I believe he is a good guy is it halal if one of my friends or me or me from a fake account asked him is he even ready for smth like this or if there another girl so I shut down my mind if its a no? I can’t ask my family to do so.

الذي يعثر على الكنز يملكه
ولو كان مزارعا فقيرا في أرض سيده
ويلزم أن يخرج زكاة الكنز: وهي خمس المال،يعني ٢٠٪ من القيمة، ومصرفها كمصرف الفيء.
والحكومة التي تقول لك اللي تحت الأرض ده بتاعنا = الكنز الوحيد اللي يستاهلوه هو اللي في مواسير المجاري

والشيخ اللي يفتي للناس بوجوب طاعة الحكومة في مثل هذا = وسخ.

لا حول ولاقوة إلا بالله.

لا يا أختي، لا يجوز للمسلم أبدا ترك الصلاة بحال من الأحوال لهذه المدة!

الحد الأقصى للحيض هو ١٤ يوما، فما زاد عنه فهو استحاضة. تصلي المرأة جميع الصلوات، وتتوضأ لكل صلاة، مثل صاحب سلس البول. ويستحب لها الاغتسال باستمرار، كل يوم، أو حتى كل صلاة.

يدخل الشهر ويخرج والدم لا ينقطع، كيف نميز دم الاستحاضة عن دم الحيض؟ ثلاثة طرق

١. المعتادة: يعني حيضتك تأتي على الساعة، كل شهر هجري تبدأ سابع يوم وتنتهي الثاني عشر. خلاص إذن كل شهر تجلسين عن الصلاة هذه الأيام وتصلين باقي الأيام.

٢. المميِّزة: يعني غير معتادة، لكن لما يأتي دم الحيض تستطيعين تفريقه عن باقي الدم طوال الشهر. مثلا: دم الاستحاضة أحمر قاني وخفيف وليس له رائحة، ودم الحيض أحمر قاتم وثخين وله رائحة. فتجلسين إذن أيام الحيض التي تميزين الدم فيها وتصلين الباقي.

٣. المحيرة: لا عادة ولا تمييز. يمكنك القياس على أقرب نساء أهلك إليك كأمك أو أختك، إذا كانت تحيض من يوم ١٠ إلى ١٥ هجرية، حيضتك معها. وإذا لم تعرفي أو لم يكن على نسق، فحيضتك من أول يوم يظهر فيه خلال الشهر الهجري، وتجلسين بين ٥-٧ أيام حسب أهلك، وتصلين باقي الشهر.

وعليك قضاء هذه الشهور التسعة على الفور، على الأقل كل يوم تقضين صلاة يوم أو اثنين أو حسب قدرتك مما فات بحيث تنتهين من القضاء خلال أقل من تسع شهور قادمة إن شاء الله.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته عندي سؤال مركب وانا حاليا في منطقة مفيهاش مشايخ فقررت ابعت لحضرتك. انا كنت علي جنابه ونزلت من البيت اخلص مشوار وطولت وجاء وقت الصلاة، اتصرف ازاي ؟ ١- هل مصليش لحد ما ارجع ؟ ولا ٢- هل اتوضي واصلي علي اساس اني مفيش مكان أغتسل فية ؟

عليكم السلام

ويلزم الاغتسال فورا في أقرب فرصة، وإذا كان البيت بعيدا يلزم أن يدخل صالة رياضية أو مسبحا أو ما شابه ويغتسل.
وفي مذهبنا له أن يجمع الصلاتين - الظهر والعصر أو المغرب والعشاء- لمثل هذا، على أن لا يتخذه عادة. يعني إن حصلت مرة يفعل لكن لا يكرر هذا عن عمد.

ويكره الخروج من المنزل على جنابة بسبب مثل هذا.

There is never a silly question in the path of obeying God.

This religion is a complete way of life, God has taught us every single thing, even how to use the toilets.

As to your question, here are the guidelines

1. The Prophet Muhammad - peace be upon him - prohibited Qaza‘; that is, for a person to shave (with a razor) some of the head and leave another part with hair. He said: Shave it all or leave it all.

2. It is discouraged to mimic sinful or heedless people, such as singers, actors and sports players.

3. It is encouraged to follow one's community standards (‘Urf) to what is a noble and respectable haircut, and avoid those that aren't.

4. A woman is encouraged to keep her hair long, and a man too, given they can afford taking care of it. The Messenger of God said: whoever has hair, let them honour it.

5. A man shouldn't obsess over his looks. Part of manhood is to stay rough. The Prophet discouraged men from taking care of their looks on daily basis. He would oil his beard and comb his hair only when it needs to. Umar said to the men: Get used to living a rough life, because no luxury in this world is ever lasting.

Finally,
6. Any hair product that prevents the water from touching the scalp (such as gel etc), must be completely removed before doing wudu or ghusl.

وعليكم السلام
المواقع ليست مكانا لأخذ الفتوى، وإنما هي غالبا أرشيفات لفتاوى سابقة.

وكما أنه لا يجوز للمريض الأخذ بوصفة طبية (روشيتة) مريض آخر، كذلك لا يجوز للمستفتي أخذ فتوى فصلت لمستفتي آخر. إذ إن المريض (المستفتي) لا يدرك كافة الضوابط والأسباب المتعلقة به التي جعلت الطبيب (المفتي) يصل لتلك الفتوى.

والفتوى: هي ما يفصل المفتي فيه الجواب بناء على حالة المستفتي. مثلا: أنا عندي كذا وكذا وحصل لي كذا وكذا فهل يجوز أن أفعل كذا وكذا؟

أما السؤال عن حكم شرعي عام، مثلا ما هي أركان الصلاة، أو حكم الربا في الإسلام، فلا تحتاج إلى فتوى، وإنما يرجع فيها إلى كتب المذاهب الأربعة، فهذه مثل الأدوية التي لا تحتاج إلى وصفة، وأنت لك أن تختار بينها بلا حرج، لكن لا تخلط بينها دون استشارة عالم.

You’re welcome. Add to that, on Ottawa mosque website, one cannot book an appointment through the system online. It says no appointment slots available until 2022 and then it keeps on incrementing.

It is prohibited, by consensus, for a student Faqeeh, to study Fiqh in any way other than under an accredited scholar in one of the four schools of Fiqh.

Just like how it's prohibited, by consensus, for a medical student to study medicine in any way other than under an accredited program in one of the colleges of medicine.

Even scholars like ibn taymiyyah and ibn uthaimeen, who ended up giving some fatawa outside the four mathaahib, reported this consensus, and taught their students that they must study upon one of the four mathaahib.
