اخذت فلوس من والدي لاشترك ف باص للجامعه تبع باصات الجامعه (جامعه خاصه) اخذت الفلوس ولم اشترك واشتركت مع شركه اخري بمبلغ اقل ووفرت 700 جنيه واخذتهم ولم اخبر احد ما حكم المبلغ ايه! وهل هذا يعتبر سرقة!! وهل عليا رد هذا المبلغ لابي هذا منذ عام مضي والشركه كانت سيئة واصبحت اشترك حسب الذي يعرفه

Assalam o alaykum. A friend has a birds nest under the eaves of the roof of their house. It’s not caused damage a such as yet but they have huge amounts of dropping on the lower roof. Is she allowed to get the nest to be removed without harming the birds?
Certainly. If they can move it without harming the birds as well that'd be great. Otherwise, there's no harm in moving them by all necessary means.

In Islam do animals go heaven?
No. They are resurrected on the day of judgement. They get their fair share of justice. The messenger of God said, the ram with broken horns who was killed by another ram with sharp horns, both will be resurrected, and their horns will be switched, and it will get its revenge, then they both will turn to dust.
When the disbelievers see this scene, they will wish they were animals, so that they would be turned to dust instead of facing eternal fire.
You can find a reference for that in the Qur'an, in the last verse of surat annaba', chapter 78. "We have indeed warned you of a near torment; it will be the day in which every person will review every thing they have committed, and the disbeliever will say, I wish I had been turned to dust."

If two people commit zina do both of them have to ask for forgiveness for Allah to forgive one of them or is it accepted only for the person who asked for forgiveness aftwr committing it?

You can share anything that is beneficial. Weak or not. Hadeeth or not.
My brothers were fighting over an item and both of them claim that it’s theirs. One of them bought it but the other says that he gifted it to him and they‘re both 100% sure of it. Who does it belong to now?
The one who made the gift claim must bring proof otherwise it's the buyer.

A guy I know (Muslim, but not practicing as far as I am concerned) sells Macbooks for way cheaper than the store. They are slightly used (like new, few battery cycles) and come with no accessories. He says it is not stolen. Friends buy from him and had no issues. Does suspicion have any ground here?

Must we make up obligatory fasts before fasting the 6 days of shawwal? Or is fasting shawwal first acceptable? Fasting so many days is very difficult.
Fasting one make up of Ramadan is dearer to me than fasting all of shawwal voluntarily.
I think my level in English Is intermediate to upper intermediate In every skill but the listening ! Is there a specific site, online course or even book to upgrade it ? a lot say movies is a solution but it's haram for sure, so what do you see sir :") ?
You can listen to Islamic lectures in English, try to only listen to scholars speaking proper English at first, then gradually diverge to different accents.

These are serious questions. You mentioned something about "how you treat your parents will come back to you from your own children" (something like that). Is that guarenteed? If yes, does that mean that parents who get mistreated by their children did the same to their parents?
It is a rule of life. The messenger of God said: "you shall be faced with what you commit"
This often means that you'll see it in this lifetime, unless you repent. Some people might not see the payback in this lifetime out of mercy from God, others might not see it because God wants to save it for the eternal punishment, may God save us from facing it.
As to whether the mistreatment they received had to be a payback, it's a subset of the philosophical question: Would God send a punitive decree like this as a test, without the person deserving it in the first place?
Some scholars say yes, others say no, it's a rather sophisticated aqeedah issue. You need to know and submit that it is decreed by Allah, and He only decrees with wisdom and knowledge. It's futile to waste your time trying to know whether this is a punishment or not, because in either cases, you're supposed to be turning to Allah in repentance and ask for His mercy.

السلام عليكم .ماقولكم في رجل يعمل خارج وطنة تاركا زوجة وطفلين لم يجمع من غربتة مايكفل له عيشة كريمة بعد التقاعد فهو متكفل بإخوتة الرجال الصغير فيهم تجاوز الثلاثين وأمه التي تحصل علي معاش مرتفع وكل ماذكرتة الزوجة بحقها وأطفالها يقول انا كفيل بأهلي يكفيك وأطفالك السكن والطعام فإخوتي اولي بكفالتي
وما يفيده قولي فيه إن لم يكن هو السائل؟

انا كنت سمعت ان من افضل اوقات الدعاء في الصلاه . وانت ساجد . وقبل التسليم . فكنت بتكلم مع ابن عمي فبيقلي ان بعد التسليم دعاء مش شخصي ياعني مينفعش ادعي لنفسي بحاجه معينه ؟ اول مرة اعرف دا ممكن تقلي دا صح ولا غلط .. ولو فيه دليل على ان ينفع ادعي عادي لنفسي ياريت تقوله. ارجو الرد
ربما غلط هو أو انت في النقل. الأصل أن الدعاء جائز في كل وقت بخيري الدنيا والآخرة.
وعند الحنابلة تبطل الصلاة بالدعاء الدنيوي مثل اللهم ارزقني سيارة أو مالا كثيرا، ويجوز الدعاء بمثل هذا خارج الصلاة،. ويستحب ألا يدعو المرء لدنياه إلا ويذكر آخرته، لقوله تعالى
فمن الناس من يقول ربنا آتنا في الدنيا وما له في الآخرة من خلاق. ومنهم من يقول ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار
وفقكم ربي وأعانكم

You reply is wrong. It is £1000.00 excess for 12 months. Then zakat at 2.5%.
There's one opinion that says money today is is valid according to its equivalent in gold, which is 20 dinars, or 85 grams of gold stored for a year, comes to a near £3000 (check today's 24 carat gold price for accuracy).
There's also an opinion that money is valued equivalent to gold or silver. In that case, the zakat of silver is due on 595 grams of silver stored for a year (comes closer to £300, check today's prices for accuracy)
If you heard something you don't know, don't say you're wrong. Instead, be humble and say, but I heard such and such, can you explain?
