اليوم اصابني الم شظيد في رأسي (الشقيقة ) لم اتحمله فأخدت الدواء بنية ارجاعه هذا اليوم كما انني لم اصلي اقظر اروح التراويح وعند عودتي اصلي ما فاتني من اليوم ؟

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته شفاكم الله وعافاكم.
متى ما قدرت على الصلاة فاقض الفريضة أولا وبالترتيب قبل النافلة، لأن الفريضة أهم من النافلة بلا خلاف، فالأولى قضاء الفوائت قبل التطوع بتروايح وغيره.
وعلى قول آخر: لا تُقبل النافلة أساسا حتى تتم فوائت الفرائض.
وبالنسبة لقضاء اليوم من رمضان فيجب عليك القضاء قبل رمضان القادم، ويستحب عندي التعجيل واتمام رمضان قبل الشروع بالست من شوال خروجا من الخلاف.

كان نفسي اصلي واقرأ القرأن واقوم الليل ومتضيعش عليا ليلة القدر بس عندي عذر للاسف ممكن تهونوا علينا بدعائكم لينا

الذي فرض عليك الصلاة بالطهر هو الذي حرمها عليك في الحيض، فلا يضرك ما دمت تتقلبين في عبادته بين الاستجابة للأمر والامتناع للنهي، ولعل الكريم يرى في قلبك من مراتب محبته والشوق إليه وأنت محرومة عن اتيان العبادات في عادتك ما لا تصِلين إليه بالصيام وطول القيام.
سبحانه هو القابض الباسط، يبسط عليك نعمة التعبد إليه حتى تذوقين لذة مناجاته، ويقبضها عنك حتى تعرفي الشوق إليه، ويقلبك بين القبض والبسط كي تعلمي أن الأمر كله بيده، وأن التعلق يكون به وحده سبحانه وتعالى.

لبس تيشترت عليه صليب ولعب لعبة في الكمبيوتر بها صليب تجوز ام لا مثل لعبة سترونج هولد

إذا كان الصليب مرسوما او منقوسا على الملابس فمكروه. ويحرم اذا لبس صليبا.
وليس عندي معرفة بلعبة سترونجهولد، لكن إذا كان تعظيم الصليب جزءا من أهداف اللعبة، كأن يأخذ نقاط على بناء كنائس عليها صلبان أو رفعها فوق المباني أو حمايتها من الأذى فيحرم.
وينبغي على الابوين إشغال الأطفال بما هو نافع لهم، من الرياضة والصحبة الصالحة والقراءة النافعة، وصرفهم قدر الإمكان عن الجلوس أمام الشاشات، خصوصا قبل البلوغ، لأنه يورث الكسل والدعة والخمول والسمنة والبله وكثرة التشكي وقلة الصبر.

هل صحيح ان جمهور العلماء على ان المسلم يكون مكلف من سن ١٥ سنة ؟

يبدأسن تكليف الصبي والجارية بظهور علامات البلوغ مثل انبات شعر العانة أو الاحتلام
وتزيد الجارية فيبدأ تكليفها من أول حيضة أو حمل بعد سن تسع سنين
واقصى سن عندنا هو ١٥ سنة هجرية للصبي والجارية، وعليه الجمهور. وقيل للجارية ١٢ عند المالكية، و١٧ عند ابو حنيفة.

Salaam sheikh, I have this transgender girl (did you just assume her gender) in my school and a group of us talk about the person in a condescending way (backbiting basically). Is this permissible? I ask cuz I saw ur post a long time ago that there is no backbiting on a certain types of people.

There's no such thing as free sins. Backbiting a major sin in Islam, and you should stay away completely from it, and warn your friends from committing it as well.

1. Is one considered a musafir once he arrives at his hotel? 2. Does he have to fast still since it is easy to? Is keeping it in ramadan rather than making it up later more rewarding since it is ramadan? 3. Can he be inconsistent? I.e. fast one day and not the next Jzk!

1. Once he leaves the gates of their city, as long as the final destination is over 135 km away.
2. It's permissible to break the fast on the day of the travel. It is encouraged to break the fast the following days (if the entire trip is four days or less, otherwise, breaking is not permissible.
3. Sure.

Medically we swallow air all day which accumulates in the GI, esp. in colon&rectum. Everytime i wake up for fajr i turn off the alarm and go back to sleep! I feel guilty the next morning but the same thing happens the next day even though i want to get up (sometimes i think of how i won't be able to go back to sleep) How can i do it?

If it was an airplane at 5 am you wouldn't miss it.
When God is greater in your heart than catching an airplane , you'll do it.

As salam alkyum, some people were saying that stealing breaks the fast, and someone is required too make up his day, etc. Is this true? Or is it the persons reward for fasting is lesser, or does it follow the ruling that stealing Is a huge sin, therefore the fast would be broken. Jazakallahu khayran

All the halal money questions got me thinking if me leaving work 20-30 mins before i should be is considered haram money. At the end of the day, I usually have no energy to be very productive anyways, so i leave. I am still accomplishing my required tasks (Govt job). Is my money considered halal?

If you're required to stay a certain number of hours in return of a certain salary, then you must uphold that, even if there was no work, unless you weren't feeling well and asked your supervisor and they've given you a permission.

As-salamu alaykum, can you recommend ways to seek marriage for reverts? I never communicate with men. Also any etiquettes to follow? I tried local Imams, one wanted me to be his second wife & the other can't truly help but has tried. After Ramadan l was thinking I will try to seek other options.

Marriage is an important milestone on the way towards God Almighty. But you should not let the milestone distract you from the ultimate goal. Ask Allah for that which pleases Him, whether it's with or without a spouse, He will help you on whichever path is best for you.
