As Salam alykum, someone who committed Zina while fasting, and has too fast 60 days. Is the person allowed to delay the fast till December, where Time is short, because they do not want there Mom to find out they have done Zina. Or, do they have to start right away.

Only having a sexual intercourse on a fasting day in Ramadan requires this severe expiation of fasting 60 days, back to back. If one day is broken in the middle, you'd have to restart the 60 days fast. The only exception is sickness, loss of conscious, or - if the asker is a girl - the days when she's menstruating.
Committing Zina is a grieve sin, and one of the leading causes that lead people to Hellfire. It is even greater if done while fasting. However, if it was a fast outside Ramadan, the 60 days does not apply.
Either way, the first thing you need to do is the repentance from this crime. If you are afraid that your mom would find out, what how do you feeling knowing that God - who has more right and favour over you - already knows, and saw you do it?
He is nonetheless more merciful and loving than your own mother is to you, and you should immediately turn to Him for forgiveness and repentance.
As for expiation, it is either recommended to be done immediately, or obligatory to be done immediately. The majority of scholars are upon the opinion that if the fast is an expiration to a sin, then the expiation must be done immediately.
You don't need to tell your mom the reason behind your fasting. If afraid, you may say it's Sunnah, and you wouldn't be lying; since it both means doing a voluntary act of worship, or following the guidance of the Prophet, peace be upon him, which you'd be doing.

Salaam sheikh. I keep relapsing from porn addiction. I don't want to look at thus stuff anymore. I'm praying, making dua etc but continously slip up. How do I beat this? Should I see a councillor?

Counseling could help, but - even if you got it covered with your insurance or can afford it, - it could take anywhere from 6 months to a few years.
In my teenage years I struggled with nicotine addiction. I rolled and smoked over 40 cigs a day without a filter for several years. One day, after a short talk with a friend, who was not even a councillor. I threw the cigarettes from my pocket, once and for good, alhamdolillah.
All I'm saying, you have chosen to enslave yourself to this habit for reasons you know, and you can break it with the help of Allah.
Ask @mustafaelmasry, he may have a better suggestion on where to go.

Sheikh, when we gaze upon your face it is as if we are looking at the moon. Grant us the blessing of thine presence in America ya Hidayatullah. Lol

Liar. The moon doesn't have a beard (and is arguably feminine, as French people claim).

I have a friend came back from france 2 weeks ago he got married to a Christian girl without his parents permission He brought her with him to meet his parents but she confessed that she was born a boy and made an operation he left her in hotel and he lives with me now what to do??

1) Kids, that's what you get when you get married without your parent's permission.
2) I understand that the marriage is nulled, but why leave her at a hotel? couldn't he at least book her a flight home out of courtesy? If there's no romance then at least let there be some bromance? 😁

am traveling with my family but am scared of people's staring because i wear neqab and most of muslims in us or uk are being annoyed by other people all the time

Whether you're wearing it because you think it's obligatory or recommended, here's three points to keep in mind:
1. You're doing this for the sake of God. Neither the grudging of one person, nor the stares of all of humanity should get under your skin.
2. If you fear for your life, most likely they do too when they look at you. After all, being subject to Islamophobic media day and night has an impact on people's mentality.
Should you find the right time, and have the courage, break the cycle of fear. Try to talk to neighbours, approach non Muslim women with a friendly conversation, break some barriers and try to leave a positive mark in their memory.
3. Always be conscious of your surrounding when you're outside, if you see a reasonable evidence to believe that you may become a target for a hate crime, then protecting yourself from danger has precedence over recommended or obligatory actions. Re-evaluate your decision to wear the nisaab niqab every day. I've heard some women in Belgium replacing niqab after it was banned with a medical mask. It doesn't hurt to leave options open, and of course, ask Allah for support and protection.

Video subtitling is an excellent specialisation. There aren't enough people who do it.
Islamic books of knowledge aren't very useful when translated, unless they're very basic introductions. Beyond that, people need to master the Arabic language anyway.
Translating from English to Arabic is also very important, whether it's on Wikipedia, TED, YouTube, etc.
Try to amass experience in teamwork and volunteer work for the first 5 years, then you can decide whether you want to further your career, if you see yourself excelling in the field.

excuse me i've asked you before and you didn't answer " can i travel to the non muslim countries like United States to study or its haram?"

"*or is it Haram"
It depends on your ability to travel alone. If you're young, impressionable or gullible then I would not advise you to do so.
Either way, for any travel, whether to a Muslim or non Muslim country, you'll need two things:
1. A strong identity: to know who you are, share and learn from others without melting in the cultures and beliefs other than your own
2. Wisdom, to be aware of, and avoid, temptations, scams and harm that you're not familiar with.

Shaikh, I'm curious why scholars discourage studying in Saudi. I understand Madina being problematic since they teach only comparative fiqh, but what about places like Umm ul Qura and King Saud that teach Hanbali fiqh?

Many concerns.
I am tired so I'm only going to mention one: A person needs to establish their identity sand foundations of knowledge before traveling anywhere, otherwise they'll create a halo effect around their teachers and think they're the greatest and turn into narrow minded cult followers of that teacher, which is terrible even if the teacher was that good.
After learning everything you can learn locally, only then you should consider traveling for knowledge.
Same thing for academia, no one cares where you do your bachelor's, but where you got your PhD from makes a huge difference.

A brother has a habit of passing wind but only has the urge when he prays salah. He tries to hold it in throughout prayer and this distracts him, what do u advise? He has his system emptied too. He recently started practicing too/to get a good answer from a shaykh like u could help him love din more

If the gas is felt before the prayer begins, then it is discouraged to begin the prayer until one is relieved, even if that meant missing congregational prayer, as long as there's still time to offer the prayer in its regular time.
However, if the urge begins after he starts the prayer, then this is the work of shaytan. He can purify himself by placing his right hand over his stomach and reciting al-Faatiha and ayatul kursi and blowing on his stomach three times, and using the du'aa known in the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Salaam sheikh, when I was younger I was an idiot and I masturbaited in the state of ihram. What expiation can I pay?

I know many idiots and they wouldn't dare to do such a heinous action. Falling in a sin has nothing to do with your intelligence, it is to do with your God consciousness.
It depends whether it happened during Umrah or Hajj, before/after which pillar.

I know dropshipping is haram but Can I start dropshipping and use the All the profit to clear debt's of my relatives ?

Why bother? Might as well rob a bank and pay the debts of your relatives, and friends, and neighbors, and call yourself Robin Hood.
No intentions, goals, or purposes can justify a wrong action. This is what today's politicians do. Our religion has no room for such Machiavellian practices.
