As I mentioned before, Ruqya can be used as preventative care or as treatment.
It can be used on a group of people, on one person, on a single part of a person such as a limb or organ.
It can be used on homes, rooms, even open spaces such as parks, forests and valleys.
It can also be used on food and drink, especially water.

Are all Rāqīs alike?

- No, just like physicians can differ in skill and talent, so do Rāqīs. Also, skilled Rāqīs, like physicians, can differ in their judgement about diagnosis and course of treatment.
There's an added factor here though that physicians don't have, which is sincerely. An eager and sincere Rāqī is more likely to do their job than a careless Rāqī. That is why, if the knowledge is similar, giving Ruqya to yourself is always better because no one will feel the pain/need like you do.
Also, similar to fake 'alternative' physicians, watch out for fraud Rāqīs who will use demonic and prohibited means in their prayer.
A good exclusive criterion on credibility is righteousness and abiding by Quran and Sunnah.
A good indicator of fraud is if the Rāqī was asking for strange questions such as name of your mother, or request strange ingredients like ask you for your nails, hair, blood, etc.
Any Rāqī is permitted to seek a wage for Ruqya.

اختن بنتى ام لأ ؟

ختان الإناث واجب في المذهب عندنا مثله مثل ختان الذكور، والجمهور على أنه سنة في حق الإناث.
ويشترط أن تجد من يختنها ختانا صحيحا، خصوصا لو كنت تعيش في صعيد مصر والدول الأفريقية التي يكثر فيها ختان البنات بصورة جاهلية يؤذي البنت أذى شديدا.

وماذا عن حفظ خصوصية وتحفظ المحاضر؟ أليس له حق؟

في بيته، في الحمام، في خروجة مع مراته نعم.
أما درس، فلا. لأنه سواء كان الدرس لمجموعة خاصة أو في فصل في الكلية، فهو بمقتضى عقد أنه يبلغ المادة للمسجلين، فليس له حق منع أحد الطلبة المسجلين من المادة التي هو ملزم بتبليغها للطالب.

اظن الشيوخ كانوا بيتكلمو على تسجيلات الكورسات بره مش على تسجيلات الكلية

Yes. In fact, sometimes you are the best candidate to do ruqya on yourself.
The Prophet said: "70,000 people of my Ummah will enter Paradise without any preceding punishment or even accountability; they are the ones who do not seek ruqya from others, etc..."
Ruqya can be done for one of two categories: prevention or treatment. It can be used for a myriad of spiritual ailments and physical illnesses.
It is an incorrect belief that ruqya is only used for evil eye, envy and witchcraft. It can be used for protecting from a common cold to treating a stage 4 (terminal) cancer.

طب ولو كورس شرح للمنهج بس خارج الكلية؟ بندفع للدكتور مبلغ وقدره غير فلوس السنتر والورق ففي ناس بتسجل وناخد منها التسجيل ده ونسمعه بالرغم ان الدكتور مانع، ده حرام؟

هذا محرم.
الفرق:
أنك كطالب في مادة، لك الحق بمعرفة كل ما يقوله الاستاذ، ولا يجوز للاستاذ أن يخبر بعض الطلاب ببعض العلم ويمنع آخرين ثم يختبرهم بنفس الامتحان. هذا ظلم محرم من طرف الأستاذ، وشرط فاسد، وينبغي على الطالب الذي يحضر أن يعين زملائه الذين لم يحضروا بتوفير المادة، سواء غابوا بعذر أم بدون عذر. لأنه طالب في المادة وله الحق فيها إلى نهاية الفصل، والحكم عليه بأنه لا يستحق السماع لأنه غاب بغير عذر استعجال في الحكم على الطالب قبل أوانه.
أما إذا كان درسا خاصا في حلقة مغلقة، واشترط المدرس عدم نشر المادة مع غير الطلبة فهو شرط ملزم، ويحرم النشر، لأن للمدرس حقا في أن يحرص ألا يصيب العلم إلا من يستطيع المدرس حمل المسؤولية أنه سيفهمه على الوجه الصحيح، ولهذا كان الذي يسمع الحديث ثم يرويه دون إجازة من شيخه يسمى: سارق حديث.
لكن مثلا المدرس عنده درس خاص وفيه خمسة طلاب، وغاب أحدهم مرة فلا يجوز للمدرس أن يقول اكتموا عنه هذا العلم في هذه المحاضرة.

ينفع يا شيخ أتجوز من غير م أقول ان انا مبخلفش؟

لا يجوز. والعقد فاسد. لأن غاية الزواج الأساسية هي الاستمتاع والذرية، فإذا كان هناك ما يعوق إحداهما أو كلاهما، ولم يصرح به، واكتشف الآخر بعد الزواج، جاز له فسخ العقد.

انا لو قلت لحد ادعيلى فيه مشكله ؟ ولو الحد دا مسيحى فى مشكله؟

طلب الدعاء من الحي نوع من التوسل الجائز بشرط:
أن تظن في المسؤول الصلاح، أو أنه في موضع إجابة الدعاء.
وقد سأل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عمرا رضي الله عنه أن يدعو له في سفره.
وطلب الدعاء من كل من تتحدث معه مكروه، لأن فيه نوع تسول.
أما طلب الدعاء من الكافر، كالمسيحي، وتارك الصلاة، والفاسق كشارب الخمر والكذاب، وغيرهم فمحرم قطعا، وقد يؤدي بصاحبه إلى الكفر إن ظن أن الكافر أقرب إلى الله منه مثلا.
أما طلب الدعاء ممن ترجو إسلامه وتلتمس صدق نيته بدخول الإسلام، والتماس أن يدعو لك حين يسلم ويُغفر ما تقدم من ذنبه يوم دخوله في الإسلام، فأرجو ألا يكون فيه بأسا.
