Al Salami Alykom was rahmat Allah was barkato I am doing my M.Sc in CS in US. I am looking for full time job as part of my study which help me to pay my study cost. I have beard and some of my friends in US and my family in Egypt keep advising me to shave it after Trump. Is this allowed (Darorah)

There's no daroorah, millions of people in the US grow their beard without a problem.

Is it permissible to look at non-mahram during movies or series or like commercial ad? or should we lower our gaze during that time?

It's prohibited for men and women to look at a non-mahram of the opposite sex, with a desire or lust.
As for looking at non-Mahrams without a lust or desire, it's discouraged for women to look at men, but it's prohibited for men to look at women.

للضروه القصوي مستعجل واجب هنا ##hhhh ظروف ماديه صعبه واخر فرصه لاخي في الزواج واضطر لقرض ربوي حتي يتم زواجه وطلبني كضامن؟ مالحكم

مفيش حاجة اسمها اخر فرصة، هذا كلام من لم يعرف التوكل على الله، ولا الثقة بموعوده في ثواب من يتقيه وجعل المخرج له، وفتح ابواب الرزق من حيث لا يحتسب، قال تعالى: ومن يتوكل على الله فهو حسبه.
الربا كبيرة من الكبائر، لعن الله آكله وموكله وكاتبه وشاهديه. ولا خير في زواج بني على الحرام.

الأم توفت فترك الجد وصية بأن ترث كمثلها من اخواتها البنات (ان اولادها يرثوا نصيبها) هل تجوز هذه الوصية علما بان بنته توفت قبله ؟

لا يجوز أن يوصي لابنته المتوفاه، ويجوز أن يوصي لأولادها بما لا يزيد عن الثلث، لأنهم ليسوا ورثة له.

To confirm, it would only be considered riba if I stipulated that he MUST pay me back more than I lent? Whereas if I said he must pay me back the amount he gave, but if he wants to pay me back more as a way of thanks for helping him and it's up to me whether I take it or no, that's not riba? Jzk.

If it's not stipulated in the loan agreement, and it is done after the loan is paid back in full, then it is fine.
Scholars prohibited 1) a gift while the loan isn't paid back and 2) an prior agreement to include a gift after the loan is paid back.

Why are malikis so strict in their fatawa but not other madhaib? According to malikis its haram/makruh to do sajdat al shakr, visiting al Quds, donating hasanat to dead people, to shave moustache and etc. Is it because of their usul? I am asking you bcz u wrote about malikis on FB

Due to the extreme importance of following the Prophet to the letter, even to the silent letter (i.e. the customs of Madinah)

a family member wants to me to lend them money. They've also said, if I help them, they will help me pay off all of my uni fees or half of it. What is the ruling on this? Is it permissible? He wants to help me for helping him, rather than me borrowing him money for that.

It's permissible to reward someone after taking a loan, as thanks and appreciation for the help. Some scholars however made the condition that the gift must not be mentioned or discussed beforehand, otherwise it'll be similar to riba. In that case you're obliged to refuse the gift.

نا لسة في المدرسة و عايزة ادرس عقيدة و طبعا مش هقدر ادرسها في معهد او حاجة بحكم مواعيد المدرسة،دلوقتي انا عايزة ادرس عقيدة و في كتاب السبل المرضية كان في زي منهج لدراستها الي هو المتون و الكتب المدرسية و قائمة القراءة،هل ده هيكون كافي علشان اتخصص فيها؟ و هياخد مني وقت قد ايه؟

كنت ساكن في العتبة، ومندمج تماما مع البلد، فتحداني زميل في السكن أن اخرج مع سائق تكسي وأن لا يعرف أني لست مصريا
فقبلت التحدي وركبنا وكان السائق كبير السن
تحدثنا قليلا، ثم قلت له
والحج يبقى منين إن شاء الله؟
فوجئ بالسؤال والتفت إلي وقال: أنا مصري يا بيه
قلتله لا بس باين من اللهجة انك مش من هنا من الأصل
طلع من الشرقية

اذكار الصباح والمساء، خصوصا الفاتحة والمعوذات وآية الكرسي كل صباح ومساء، وقبل دخولهم وخروجهم.

كيف أدرس الروض المربع؟ لغته قوية شوي شبه معقدة إن صح التعبير فهل تنحلّ هذه العُقد مع العكوف عليه؟ وكم مرة أقرأ الكتاب؟ هل كما يقول البعض أن أول مرة تَدرسه متناً ثم تستأنف بالحاشية؟ وأي حاشية مطبوعة تقترح لإدمان النظر فيها؟

عليك بإحدى الكتابين: مدارج تفقه الحنبلي، او السبل المرضية
والروض المربع لا يصلح للمبتدئ، لا بد من انهاء كتاب فقه حنبلي كامل قبل الشروع به، أنصحك بالبدء إما بدليل الطالب أو عمدة الطالب

Wa Alaikum assalam, this Hadeeth qudsi does not exist in any books of Sunnah. It was narrated in books of Tasawwuf without a chain of narration as: "it has been reported that..."
The vast majority of Hadeeth qudsi is fabricated. The fabricators thought they will get more attention if they spoke on behalf on the Prophet and God himself. Instead they only got greater punishment. God says "Who then is more oppressive than those who lied on behalf of God and belied the truth as it arrived to them? Isn't there in Hellfire a shelter for the disbelievers?!"

السلام عليكم ،،ممكن حل لمشكلتي ،صارلي سنتين بدون شغل ،بسبب اني كنت اعمل قبل هيك براتب ممتاز وهلأ ما حد دافع ثلث هذا الراتب ،ومعي فلوس يلي حصلتها من قبل وبصرف منها ،،وبخطب ومش متيسره من سنتين كمان ،شو ممكن اعمل لحتى اغير هالظروف

مبدأيا اعلم يقينا أن الله هو الرزاق ذو القوة المتين
كونك بلا عمل لسنتين قد يسبب لك إشكالا في سيرتك الذاتية، خصوصا لو كان السبب هو مجرد انك لم تجد راتبا يملأ عينيك.
في عامين تحفظ القران، وتسافر لخمس دول، وتتعلم لغة جديدة باتقان، وتكمل شهادة ماجستير بامتياز، ومئات المشاريع التي تنفعك في حياتك.
انت الان واقعيا لم يكن لك ذلك الراتب أصلا، لأن ما أخذته قبل ثلاث سنوات قسمته على ثلاث سنوات فهو في الحقيقة ثلث ما كنت تأخذ.
على أية حال، ليست الدنيا لجمع المال وتعداده، وإنما هي دار استعداد للآخرة، فاجعلها هدفك ونصب عينيك.
ارجو ان تكون تعلمت في هذين العامين ما يكفي من الدروس لينفعك في حياتك وبعد مماتك.
