السلام عليكم ورحمة الله أيهما أفضل في السفر، الصيام أم الأخذ بالرخصة؟ مع العلم أن السفر في هذا الزمان سهل جدا و ما حكم حديث "إن الله يحب أن تؤتى رخصه...." في هذه الحالة. وماذا عن قصر الصلوات في سفر النزهة، هل صحيح أنه يلزم الصلاة كاملة إذا كان السفر للترفيه؟

ربنا قال: وأن تصوموا خير لكم. فالصيام أفضل من رخصة الإفطار مطلقا.
والقصر مستحب، والجمع جائز، في كل سفر مسافة مبيحة للقصر - غير سفر معصية.

I'm confused! I want a certain guy to propose to me and at the same time I don't want to get attached. Shall I pray to make him my spouse and be a righteous husband or pray to Allah to bless me with a righteous husband without specification 😔 guide me plz

1. Redirect your attachment to Allah, no one knows your best interest, cares for you, and can protect you, better than Him.
2. Put your trust in Him by praying istikhara, telling Him you are pleased with whichever choice pleases Him, and whichever He chooses for you you'll be pleased by His choice. Your goal is not marriage. Your goal is pleasing God. Renew your intention of marriage to be to draw nearer to God's pleasure.
3. If the brother is a good match for you, and you have asked around and his family and friends all give positive indicators, then you can surely pray to God for that specific person to marry you. God loves your duaa to be specific, urgent and pressing.
4. Read and understand points 1 and 2 once again after you have read 3.

In ayat surah zumar Allah says , those who lie about him their faces will be blackened, does this mean if we say something is a sin and it's not we are lying bout allah?

the verse is specifically about those who claimed that God had a son.
To say a sin is not a sin, or otherwise, is to speak on behalf of God in religion without knowledge. God equates that in the same level of major sins as murder and disbelief.

What is this ruling on hadith, after praying asr u sit in the same spot and give salawat 80 times, 80 yrs of minor sins are forgiven and turned into hassant. I heard this in a khutba Friday.

there isn't a hadeeth like that, but try and I guarantee you'll be amazed by the result
Even more, try, even for once this Ramadan, to sit after praying Asr and make thikr until Maghreb. The Prophet said whoever remains sitting from Asr until Maghreb in his praying spot, he (shall receive the same reward) as if has freed ten slaves from the progeny of Ishmael, peace be upon him.

As salam alkyum, last Ramadan someone told me the one who gives the azan has to break his fast first then give the azan , eg. Eat a date, after that he gives the azan, then everyone eats. Is this true? if it is where is the hadith.

It's good that he doesn't delay his fast, but he doesn't have to eat before.
Rulings don't exclusively come from hadeeth, there is a dozen other sources of proofs in Islam.

شيخنا اكرمك الله انا بدرس Computer Science و هخلص العام القادم البكالريوس و الGPA: 3.3 هل في جامعة كويسة في كندا ممكن احضر فيها ماجستير بتكاليف قليلة او منحة علي هذا المعدل التراكمي ؟؟؟

نعم، الجامعات الكندية جيدة، وتكاليف الدراسة منخفضة. لو اشتغلت غسل صحون في مطعم شاورما حتعرف تدفع اقساط الجامعة والايجار ومصاريف الحياة وتحوش خمسين دولار في الشهر. دا غير ان في منح وعقود عمل كثيرة للطلاب وفرص بحث مدفوعة لطلبة الماجستير في شتى المجالات.

حكم الإقامة في بلاد الكفر البواح يا مولانا؟

أتقصد البلد الذي يقتل جيشها شعبها المسلم مثل سوريا؟ أم البلد الذي تهاجم شرطتها كل مظاهر الإسلام مثل مصر؟ أم البلد الذي يقام فيه أكبر شجرة احتفال بعيد ميلاد ابن الرب مثل الامارات؟ أم البلد الذي يعفي فيه القضاة عن سب الرب لأنه حرية معتقد، ويعاقبون من يسب الملك بتهمة الخيانة العظمى مثل المغرب؟ ام البلد التي تسمح فيه منظمات حقوق الشذوذ الجنسي بإقامة احتفالاتهم في الشوارع مثل باكستان؟ ام البلد الذي يرخّص ويفرض الضرائب على دور الدعارة مثل الأردن؟ أم البلد التي تفخر حكومته بأنها الوحيدة التي تجري تدريبات عسكرية مشتركة مع الجيش الاسرائيلي مثل تركيا؟ أم البلد التي تخصص شرطة سياحية لحماية شواطئ العراة مثل ماليزيا؟ أم البلد الذي تعتقل مخابراته المسلمين بتهمة المواظبة على صلاة الجماعة مثل تونس؟ أم البلد التي تحتضن أكبر قاعدة عسكرية أمريكية في العالم خارج أمريكا متخصصة لقصف المسلمين حصريا مثل قطر؟ أم البلد التي تشترط أن لا يكون رئيسها إلا مسيحيا مثل لبنان؟

من زمان أكثر من ثلاثة عشر سنة وأنا متابع الشيخ محمد عبد المقصود ومتعود على القراءة من المغني والمجموع ونيل الأوطار وبافهم عباراتهم ودلالات اللغة والمصطلحات فلو عاوز أتخصص في الفقه وأصوله أبدأ بإيه ؟

هي مشكلة لما تقرأ كتابا كبيرا متقدما قبل ان تقرأ البسيط. لأنك ستفوتك مسائل اساسية، ولما تضطر تدرس المستوى المبتدئ ستشعر بالضجر والملل.
عموما، القراءة غير الدراسة، ولو نويت الدراسة يبقى لازم تلتزم بمنهج. انصحك باتباع منهج الفقه من هذين الكتابين في الصورة. وكلاهما متاح بإذن مؤلفيهما على الشبكة مجانا.

As salam alkyum, Can you give me an explination on why we are allowed too pray jummuah before zuhr time, some people say it's to earlier, but I don't kno how to explian it to them, we pray at 12 and they say we cant so they don't show up. Jazak.

Jumua is a different prayer that Dhuhr, its time is different than Dhuhr. The time of Jumua begins from sunrise until Asr. The Prophet led Friday khutba once shortly after sunrise.

Ramadan supposed to be a month of peace. Parents had fight bcz of his 2nd wife. He's unfair and spends most of his time at her place. I'm afraid things will end up with divorce. Yesterday he hit my mom !!! I'm not talking to him for that only answering his qs if he asks me something

Stand up and call his unfairness and don't let him ever hit her again. Your mom needs your active support.
Ramadan is a month of glory, of victory against oppression, of winning against the devils (of the human kind and Jinn kind). The greatest of the battles of the Prophet were in Ramadan. Peace is not attained by pacifism nor passivism.

Absolutely. Praying twenty rak'aat anytime during the night of Ramadan is taraweeh. Preferably in congregation at a mosque, but you can pray it alone or in congregation at home or work or mosque. Find the most effective for your heart.

هو صحيح ان توقيت الفجر في مصر متقدم عن التوقيت الصحيح تلت ساعة؟؟ يعني لو الاذان أذن وانا باكل اكمل عادي؟!؟؟ ضروري ☺

سؤالين منفصلين.
جواب الأول نعم هو سابق بفترة مرتاحة لا تقل في اي وقت من السنة عن ستة دقائق.
الثاني: الأحوط لقلبك أن تلتزم بأول الأذان، لقوله سبحانه ذلك ومن يعظم شعائر الله فأنها من تقوى القلوب. أما إذا أكلت أثناءه أو بعده بدقيقة فلا قضاء عليك بلا شك.
