أريد الذهاب لحفظ القرآن في المسجد و لكن أبي يرفض خوفاً عليّ هل يجوز ذهابي بدون علمه ؟

أرى أن لا تذهب حتى تقنع أبيك أن يذهب معك أو يأذن لك راضيا، ولأن تنال رضاه عنك وهو حي خير لدينك من حضور حلقات القرآن حتى مماتك.

If you're naming them after the oppressive rulers, or to stir a fitnah in your family or community, then that's a sinful and shameless thing, and it's similar to naming your son Pharaoh or Iblees. Deeds are by their intention.

1. Study the basic rulings before you go, memorize the duaa and athkar as much as you can.
1A. The salaf used to share the belief that upon the first time you see the Kaaba in person, the doors of prayers are opened for you. Similarly, when (if) you kiss the black stone, and when you drink zamzam. Prepare for these moments and what you'll ask in them.
2. Prepare for your tawaf, write down if you need to. I recommend starting with praising God and thanking Him for all the things He gave you without you asking Him (guidance to Islam, etc), then thanking Him for all the previous duaa you made and He answered, then ask Him to reward all those who helped you in the past on your way to Him, and then move on to ask Him for everything you want from the good things of this life and the after life, for yourself and for your loved ones.
May God Almighty accept all your struggle and efforts and protect you in your journey.

Permissible with certain boundaries in Islamic law.
There are also boundaries in Canadian laws, consult with a lawyer.

I prayed istikhara for a marriage proposal thrice but did not get any signs. I know we don't always get signs so I went on to tell my parents about the proposal but they refused without even meeting the person. Should I take this refusal as a sign from Allah and as answer to my istikhara and stop?

That's not a sign. Keep working hard as much as you can.
If the father is refusing to marry you to anyone without any legitimate reason, he could potentially lose his guardianship over you, and the imam can be your guardian and conduct the marriage.
Ask an uncle or aunt to intervene to convince your parents to give the suitor a chance. Your father needs a legitimate reason to refuse.

لو عايزة اقرا سورة البقرة كا ٣ ايام هل اقرأها لازم في قاعده واحده و لا ممكن على مدار اليوم من الصبح لبليل ؟ و لا لازم الصبح بس لحد المغرب او بليل بس من المغرب للفجر؟

I had no idea. So can you elaborate tafwid al lafdh vs al ma'na vs al kayf? And did ibn Taymiyya and ibn Qudama fall under Hanabila or Ahlul Hadith in this issue?

It's not an important issue unless you're a student of Aqeedah, in that case, you'd study it with your Sheikh.
Shaikhul Islam, and the Sheikh, had slightly different Aqeedahs with respect to this issue. The slight difference here is mainly on different interpretations of imam Ahmed's quote "لا كيف ولا معنى"

In our (Hanbali) matthab = invalidates the prayer.
There are other opinions in other mathaahib.

A bit more detail will be much helpful. Jazhakallahu khairan. e.g. I don't need it now, but I'll need it after 1 month. Or I needed it previous month but I buy it this month bcz of offer. Or buying things not that necessary e.g. extra chocolate, extra grocery items etc.

الكورسات مفيدة لتعلم القواعد، أما اتقان اللغة فلا بد من الممارسة، قراءة القصص والمجلات، الاستماع للبرامج، الكتابة والحديث، كلها مهمة،
وركزي على تطوير العربية، خليه يحفظ شعر ويقرأ أدب ويطور نفسه.

Assalamu alaykum. With hadith regarding intimacy (ie the duaa to make before, or making wudu if a man comes upon his wife a second time), are these related only to intercourse? What if a woman is menstruating and her husband approaches her without intercourse? Jazak Allahu khayran

The duaa is for intercourse only, but the wudu applies between any two orgasms, whether the woman was menstruating or not.

وَقَالُوا اتَّخَذَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ وَلَدًا (88) لَّقَدْ جِئْتُمْ شَيْئًا إِدًّا (89) تَكَادُ السَّمَاوَاتُ يَتَفَطَّرْنَ مِنْهُ وَتَنشَقُّ الْأَرْضُ وَتَخِرُّ الْجِبَالُ هَدًّا (90) أَن دَعَوْا لِلرَّحْمَٰنِ وَلَدًا (91) وَمَا يَنبَغِي لِلرَّحْمَٰنِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا ...معاني الكلمات ادا , يتفطرن ؟

إدا يعني عظيما: يعني لقد قلتم قولا فظيعا.
يتفطرن من الانفطار، مثل الانكسار والانشقاق، يعني تكاد السماوات يتشققن من هول سماع هذا الافتراء.

حيعتمد حتقوليله سبرايز يا حبيبي ويقول ياااه دي سبرايز جميلة قوي، والا حيطلقك ويرميك في الشارع.
لا بد أن يكون هناك تفاهم، ولا يجوز على زوجك أن يمنع زوجته من الأطفال بسبب الخوف من الماديات، بل عده بعض أهل العلم من الكبائر لأن فيه سوء ظن بالله.

Companies like Amazon, Netflix etc. change their terms and conditions all the time. Is that their right to do so? They never ask whether we agree or not. Islamically do I have to abide by the newly added terms although they weren‘t part of the terms I agreed to accept when I created my account?

1. You have to take the responsibility to follow up with the updated terms. There are many tech news websites that'll summarize the update and tell you what has changed in simple English.
2. You have the choice to cancel your account if you no longer like the terms.

Shaykh, please suggest some books of tasawwuf for personal daily practice. Like it contains awrad etc.
