There's a Bukhari hadeeth where the Prophet (pbuh) says whomever sees me in a dream will see me while awake. If a scholar claims he saw the Prophet while awake should we doubt his scholarship?
There are six possible interpretations, as listed by imam ibn Hajr
1) that the other narrations are more accurate "will truly see me" and "will see me as if it was in the awake state", this was reported by some of the companions.
2) that they'll see the interpretation of the dream in the wake state.
3) that they'll see him in the awake state on the day of judgement or in Paradise, as a private meeting. This is the interpretation of the majority of the scholars.
4) that the hadeeth is specific to the people who saw him in their vision before Islam in his era
5) that they'll be able to see him in a reflection of a mirror or river in the awake state
6) that they'll meet him in person in the awake state in this world
Then he goes to refute 5 and 6, and describes those who believe them as insane. As the consequences for this is that his grave will be empty at times, and people will be giving Salams to an empty grave, and the angels will deliver salawat to an empty grave, and that he would only be seen one place/person at a time, and all of this is logically impossible and there's factual evidence against it.

غير السائل، أنا بعد الاستنجاء أضع فوطة بدون اي ضغط لتتشرب الماء الذي على الأنثيين والعضو ثم أسلت من فوق الخصيتين لا من أسفلهما وحتى مقدمة الذكر وما يخرج أمسحه بمنديل ثلاثًا فإذا فعلت لا يخرج شيء بعدها وإذا لم أفعله فبعد أقل من خمس دقائق أجد نقطة متجمعة على مخرج البول فهل أستمر فيما أفعل ولا غلط كده؟
الأفضل الاستنجاء بعد السلت حتى لا تضطر لإعادته وتسرف في الماء.

سائل آخر يا شيخ أنا كنت منذ أن تعلمت أحكام الطهارة (من قبل البلوغ) وأنا أحاول أن أفرغ الذكر من البول تماما ثم أبلل يدي بالماء وأمسحه بها عدة مرات ثم قرأت أنه لا يجوز ويجب غسل الذكر تماما بالماء وحده..فلما قرأت ذلك دخلت الحمام وفعلت ذلك ولكن ما حكم الثياب التي علي الآن وحكم الصلوات الماضية؟
لا حرج في ما كنت تجهل إن شاء الله.

ما هو الحد الذي اعرف به ان كنت مصابا بسلس المذي ام لا
في كتب الفقه الحد هو خروج المذي ولو من غير تعرض لشهوة ولا بفكرة. كالصنبور الذي ينقط طوال اليوم.
اما اذا كنت كثير المذي بسبب سرعة الاستجابة للشهوة، فلا يعتبر ذلك من السلس، لكنك تحتاج الزواج، وقد يجب في حقك إن كنت تخشى الفتنة.

Salam Alaikom, I have a condition that results in intermittent bleeding onto my underwear. I am not home most of the day, what do I have to do in regards to prayer. Do I have to check before every prayer?
In Islamic law, this is called istihaadha. It is similar to menstruation in the fact that this blood is najs. It's different than menstruation in the fact that you continue to pray and fast regularly, but you need to redo wudu at the beginning of every prayer time, and you may pray the Sunnah and the Fardh and as many prayers during a single prayer time using one wudu, similar to the case of a person with urine incontinence.
Also, please note that your clothes must be clean from the blood. Wear appropriate pads, and if blood touches your underwear, you'll have to scrub it with water seven times to remove the najaasah, according to our matthab.
If you can differentiate between this istihadha blood and your menstrual cycle blood, that's great, if not, ask and I can explain further.

شيخي، اضع منديلا حتي اري ان كان بول قد خرج وهو بالفعل يخرج وأراه بعد الانتهاء من الوضوء وأوقات في الصلاه .. هل في هذه الحاله تعتبر سلس؟
لا، ليس سلسا حتى يستمر بالنزول قطرات طول اليوم بدون انقطاع. هذا مجرد بطء في انقطاع البول، جرب الذي ذكرته لك، فإن لم ينفع استشر طبيبا

Every Tariqa has certainly some benefits. Undoubtedly, many people go through a Tariqa and they're still fine Muslims,
Nevertheless, a Tariqa is a cult, where a person agrees to blindly submit to a cult head "like a corpse submits to a worker at the morgue." The dangers of subscribing to a cult may include political influence, social isolation,and can extend to monetary extortion, physical or even sexual abuse. Those dangers, despite how rare they may be, are extremely severe, and outweigh any potential benefit.
Add to that, all the spiritual benefits of a Tariqa are polluted with personal indebtedness to people, most importantly to the Sheikh of the Tariqa. That in itself has serious implications on your mental health. For more on this please ask @mustafaelmasry

Alsalamualaikum, I want a clear abswer please I am pregnant 6th months In Germany..we fast nearly 20-21 hours I am totally fine until now I have no problems Today,I had an appointment with my doctors she told me everything is fine but its dangerous not to drink 20hours for the baby What should I do?

Dehydration is harmful, 20 hours could be dangerous for some people for sure. However, people have different capacities. Millions of pregnant mothers have lived through famine and droughts over the centuries and still gave birth to healthy babies.
Unless this is coming from a Muslim doctor who also happens to be a mufti or faqeeh, the medical advice is not binding to you from Islamic perspective. If you think you can do it, then go ahead, and take necessary precaution, such as drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding working hard or long exposure under the sun, etc.

الظاهر من سؤالك أنك صاحب وسواس، وأن هذه القطرات هي شك أو شعور لا حقيقة له، وعلى هذا:
فاعلم أنه يحرم طول المكث في الخلاء. ويجب الاستبراء من البول دون أن يجر ذلك إلى الهوس.
فمثلا بعد قضاء الحاجة تقوم بالنتر ثلاثا، والنتر هو قبض عضلة المثانة وعضلة كيجل لإخراج ما تبقى من البول،
ويستحب في مذهبنا السلت، وهو أن تمسح بيدك من أصل الذكر، يعني تبدأ من بعد حلقة الدبر وقبل الانثيين، عند منطقة البروستات، تمسح من هناك بضغط خفيف حتى رأس الذكر ليخرج ما تبقى من البول

Regarding how to wash madhiy, why the madhab's official position changed? Sprinkling water (as in Umdah) rather than washing is backed by hadith, isn't it?
The sprinkling was never the official position, rather it was one narration by Imam Ahmed, for the hadeeth of sprinkling found in Muslim, but it was contested by addaraqutni, that "Nadh7" could linguistically mean sprinkling, soaking or washing. Since there's other hadeeths like Ali 's which is more explicit in washing, the mathhab was established as washing. That was the choice of Alkhallal and alQadhi Abu Ya3la.
Sheikh ul Islam explained this, and that the Nadh7 isn't the official position, rather it was the position he deemed best, in agreement with imam al-Muwaffaq.
Bonus point : al-Muwaffaq also saw that insignificant amounts of mathi should be waived, like insignificant amounts of blood, which is not the mainstream of the mathhab today (only insignificant amounts of blood and puss are forgiven)

SA, I got engaged and a few months later he told me that he wanted to take on a 2nd wife after we got married cos he didn’t find me a suitable enuf mother figure to his 4 yr old son (1st marriage). I was shocked and I ended it. Did I do sthg wrong? I felt this was just an excuse and I wasn’t enuf.
Remorse after the fact isn't relevant from Fiqh perspective, whether you did something wrong or not will require sitting with both of you.
