I have to make up prayers for years and I planned to do that after Isha. At the same time I also want to pray the night prayer, can I combine both intentions?

You're defacto praying at night, and the obligatory are greater than qiyam.
Having said that, it's not permissible to combine the intentions of praying as a make up to past obligatory prayers, and to pray the suprerogatory prayer of qiyam, in the same time. If you do that, the make up prayer will be nullified and you'll still have to make it up again.

Continuing off from my previous question: Can I skip reading Kafi al-Mubtadi (I really don't like it as a matn as much as I do the others), and after finish the other four mutun go straight to Rawd and Hidayah? Jzk.

Reading any is good, reading three of the five is sufficient, reading all five is only necessary if you aim to become an editor of the mathhab.
Conquer the Hidaya first before you dive into Rawdh

صديقتي بتعمل عمرة متمتعة، ونقضت وضوءها في الطواف غالبا في الشوط الثالث، ولم تكن تعلم أن الواجب الوضوء وإعادة الأشواط، واستمرت في الطواف ثم انهته وتوضأت وصلت والآن تسأل هل عمرتها باطلة أم صحيحة؟

الحمد لله القائل في آيات الحج: ومن يعظم شعائر الله فإنها من تقوى القلوب
وقال أيضا: وما تفعلوا من خير يعلمه الله وتزودوا فإن خير زاد التقوى واتقون يا أولي الألباب
وختم آية في احكام الحج والعمرة بقوله سبحانه: واتقوا الله واعلموا أن الله شديد العقاب
والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله،
أما بعد،
أنا أشكرك على السؤال نيابة عنها حرصا على سلامة عبادتها، وحري بالمرء أن يجعل له أصحابا يعينونه على الخير مثلك، فجزاك الله خيرا.
ولا زالت تأتيني أسئلة كثيرة مثل هذه من نفس صاحب المشكلة فاستحي أحيانا من نشر السؤال لعظم ما ارتكبه، وأعرض أحيانا لسوء الأدب في السؤال، وأجيب موجزا دون تفصيل لظروف السائل.
أولا؛ من أول أساسيات تعلم الحج، أركانه وواجباته وشروطه، يجب على الحاج تعلمه قبل السفر، ويأثم الحاج الذي لم يتعلم الحج، وإن أتى بجميع اركان الحج وواجباته بصورة صحيحة بمجرد تقليد الحجيج من حوله.
يا زوار بيت الله الحرام، لو كان أحدكم ذاهبا ليزور صديقه ودخل بيد فارغة لاتهمناه في مروءته. فكيف يدخل على بيت الله وقلبه فارغ من العلم والتقوى؟
وكيف يغفل انسان عن تعلم اساسيات الحج وقد أنفق الآلاف لهذه الرحلة؟ أيعقل أن يفعل هذا صاحب دين حريص على تحصيل المغفرة والرحمة من ربه في أعظم أيام البر؟
دعك من هذا، أيعقل أن يشتري أحد سيارة بالالاف قبل أن يتعلم كيف يسوقها؟
ثانيا: حتى لو كان أمرا شائكا وقع فيه وليس من أساسيات الحج المذكورة في المناسك، وأصاب محظورا أو منكرا لا يعرف ما يفعل به، ووقع في قلبه شك، ألا يأخذ الإنسان بالأحوط حفظا لدينه ورجاء في المغفرة والقبول؟
كيف يستسهل الناس الدخول على حرم ربهم بلا علم ولا تقى؟
ورب الكعبة وصلتني أسئلة عن مخالفات بل كبائر فعلها الناس في الحج، ويسألون عن الحل، مما استحي عن نشره.
يسرع أحدكم للتطعيم من أجل "التأشيرة"، موقنا بإن الوقاية خير من العلاج، وينسى تعلم أحكام الحج التي هي أعظم سبل الوقاية من فساد الحج.
أخيرا، نعم هناك من العلماء المعتبرين من تبرؤ الذمة بتقليدهم من يقول بعدم اشتراط الطهارة لصحة الطواف ولها أن تسألهم.
لكن الدين ليس لعبة يا أهل الإيمان؛ لا ينبغي للمؤمنين المتقين أن يباشروا عبادة بدون علم، ثم يقع أحدهم في المخالفة، وفي قلبه أنه يعلم أنها مخالفة، ويستمر، ولا يفعل شيئا إزاء ذلك، ثم يأتينا لنلفّق حلا يتماشى مع ما فعل.

Except that Bin Baz is a contemporary scholar, so he is the modern day Bin Baz, rahimahullah.
And I can't disagree about the intellect, but I disagree about the heart, and you forgot that I'm really humble too.

I have extreme OCD, especially with issues of taharah. while fasting in Ramadan a year ago I jumped into a lake to try to get rid of any doubts of purity. I may have accidentally swallowed water, but I honestly don't remember. Do I have to start feeding people since I assumed those days were valid?

Do not make up that day.
Do not jump into a lake to cater your doubts.
Whatever doubts you get in purification or prayer, no matter how pressing they are, do not listen to them. That's the general rule to people with OCD.

You should uphold from the moment you make the intention.

If you took the shahadah several years ago, but got caught up in your typical American life, and have not been practicing as one should, what is the proper course to get back on the right path? Start going to Mosque regularly, praying, associating with people who will keep you true?

Once you realize how short your life really is, and how time sensitive your actions need to be, then you'll understand the urgency of repentance, change your environment, surround yourself with friends who remind you of God.
Once you are back on track, you need to realize that any prayers you have missed since the day you became Muslim are still due, and you'll need to make them up as soon as you're able to.

My parents don't let me go for Fajr and Isha because the masjid is far. Should I obey them?

It is obligatory to pray the five daily prayers in congregation. If you don't go to the mosque, then it's your responsibility, not your parents', to find someone to pray with.

سلام الله عليكم شيخنا ، كيف تعلمت العربية؟

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته،
احببت العربية من القراءة، كان لوالديّ مكتبة عملاقة في غرفة الجلوس، فيها مئات الكتب. بدأت القراءة في سن مبكرة، ربما لكثرة رؤيتي لأهلي وهم يقرأون، حتى أني اذكر معلمتي في البستان (وعمري خمسة أعوام) أتت بصحيفة اليوم وجعلتني أقرأ مقالا في الصفحة الأولى أمام الصف.
مما قرأته في الابتدائية والمتوسطة؛ الأعمال الكاملة لأنطوان تشيخوف، وليو تولستوي، والأبله لدويستوفيسكي، وبعض أعمال جابريال جارسيا ماركيز، وروايات عالمية كثيرة أخرى مترجمة، ثم أحببت قصص المغامرة والإثارة، فقرأت أعمال أجاثا كريستي، ومجموعة قصص المغامرون الثلاثة والأربعة والخمسة، وكنت احرص على اقتنائها وازور المكتبات بحثا عنها حتى حصلت عليها كلها.
وكنا أنا وإخوتي نلعب في البيت احيانا لعبة الكلام بالفصحى، وأول من ينطق كلمة بالعامية يخسر. وقد نستمر باللعبة ساعات!
ثم بدأت بمطالعة الأدب العربي في الاعدادية، فقرأت المعلقات العشر، وهجاء الفرزدق وجرير والاخطل، ورباعيات الخيام، ومقامات الهمذاني والحريري والزمخشري، وشيئا من الادب الحديث كإيليا ابي ماضي، وأبي القاسم الشابي، وبدر شاكر السياب، ونازك الملائكة، ومحمد مهدي الجواهري.
ولم يكن عندي اهتمام كبير بالنحو والصرف حتى وصلت الثانوية العامة، واقترح علي أصدقائي مشاركتهم بدرس خصوصي مع أستاذ العربية، وقبلت على مضض، لكن سرعان ما أحببت علوم اللغة، ولم يكن فقط يدرسنا المنهج الدراسي، بل درسنا معه شرح ابن عقيل على ألفية بن مالك كاملا حتى اتممناه.
تعلم اللغة يكون بأمور أهمها:
١. بكسر حاجز الرهبة من القراءة، أشك أني فهمت أكثر من ٢٠٪ من المعلقات أو المقامات أول ما قرأتها، بل أذكر قراءة مزرعة الحيوان لجورج أورويل أول مرة وأنا في الرابع ابتدائي، ولم أفهم مطلقا قصد الكاتب الحقيقي، إذ ظننت أنها مجرد قصة عن مزرعة الحيوان.
٢. التكرار، فكلما كررت ما قرأته اكتشفت أشياء لم تكن تعرفها من قبل، أو غفلت عنها في المرة السابقة.
٣. أن يكون هناك من تقرأ معه، أو يشجعك على القراءة، ويختار لك الكتب التي تناسب مستواك واهتماماتك.

السلام عليكم شيخ. كنت احمل فيزا زياره لامريكا و انتهت والآن اريد تجديدها. يريدون معرفة سبب التجديد. أبى دكتور و سيذهب إن شاء الله. هل يجوز ان اكتب أنى ذاهب مع ابى مع العلم أنى لن اذهب ولكن كى أخذ الفيزا ؟

Is my salah valid? I was saying a second surah (in the 2nd rakah) then i became unsure if i had said alfatiha (i have brain fog) so i said alfatiha (very likely for the second time) just to be sure and then i did sahu before salam & then another sahu after salam cuz i wasen't sure when to make sahu.

Yes is valid.
What you did, in repeating alfatiha, was recommended, as long as you don't have an OCD. In that case, it's discouraged to repeat anything even if you get doubts you didn't do it, because the doubts of a person with OCD need to be suppressed, not attended to.
Finally, you should've done Sahu at either positions, not both. Either position is always correct, unanimously. It's just a matter which is better at which scenario, which you don't need to know now.

يكره كراهية شديدة لمن نوى الأضحية أن يأخذ من شعره واظفره في هذه العشر حتى يذبح.
وفي مذهبنا قول آخر بالتحريم، وهو متجه. والله أعلم.

It is not makruh. In fact, there's a debate among scholars whether heated water is makruh or not for wudu.
Just avoid extremism, such as using water from a cooler or fridge.

I woke up junub, and went to make ghusl. I went into the shower because I wanted to perform ghusl, but I didn't exactly make the conscious intention "I am making ghusl to remove my janabah" verbally or in sentence form mentally. Does what I did still count as having fulfilled the fard?

If u stole when u were 12 & want to return the value of it in cash, can u do it by sending it anonymously by mail? Theres a small chance that someone steal the envelope or that it gets lost. Can u send it anyway & do tawba+dua for the person & then move on? Or must we make sure he/she gets the cash?

I never stole in my life so your qualifying statement is invalid.
You must make sure they receive it, but you don't have to tell them what is it for (unlike a loan, where you must specify).
