Assalamu alaikum .. You said, 1 Mudd = 250 ml.. What I saw in many places, it's approximately 500 ml or 750 ml.. And it seems quite difficult/impossible to make wudu with 250 ml..😁

If I've ever said 250 I was wrong for sure. It's about 1.3 pounds of water, which is between 575 and 625 ml of water.

Shaikh, is wine vinegar treated the same as wine? i.e. is it prohibited to profit from transporting it across country, given that the driver/truck owner didn't know the contents until it was too late.

In our mathhab, yes.
The majority opinion is that wine vinegar is vinegar; permissible to sell/transport.

My parents took me to a christian farm and my dad slaughtered the meat...but he "sawed" the neck instead of actually cutting it in one slice. I tried telling my parents it's not correct but they're being stubborn, so I wanted to check if maybe there's a chance this food is halal

There's no such requirement as cutting with one slice. If he slaughtered with a sharp tool from the throat, then it's halal, even if it took him strikes or a sawing cut.

I'm sure you're following up or at least noticed the recent stir-up on whether TAFWID is the official-majority position of the hanabila. What are your views on this? Also, I thought S. Abd al-Wahid al-Azhari was a Taymiyyan in aqida; did he change his position? JzK shaykh.

I've studied for over A decade with him, he is Taimi in aqeedah. Stating what the aqeedah of the majority of hanaabila doesn't mean endorsing it.
This debate isn't for laity, and the believers who are focused on their journey to Allah, don't need someone to tell them to mind their own business.

Late answer, based on that description, and if it's free from music and free mixing, then I don't see any issue.

Salamu alaikum brother. My question is regarding Quran. The verse in al-Furqan "قمر منيراً", how is it interpreted? Does it mean that moon is full of light in it's self, or that it's reflected light or that we as humans see it as light in nights etc? Scientists says that the light we see isReflected

Muneera means illuminated, it doesn't mean it has to be a source of light.
The Qur'an is a book for guidance, not physics.

Different asker. "Comes from a good family" I hear this all the time but what does this even mean? My parents are divorced, my siblings are sinners (who is not?), so does this mean I don't come from a good family which makes me less qualified for being a good husband?

You can still be a great husband if you decide not to follow the footsteps of your parents. Pick someone better compatible to you, and treat them in better ways, and raise your children to be better Muslims.

Do it as many times as you want, it's valid from the first time and that's it.

Salam ustadh. I am thinking about law studies at university and a career as a prosecutor. Is this field halal? Some brothers told I should stay away from such things because there is much injustice in this field and its about implementing kufr laws etc.

If you are in a country where justice is respected, such that being a lawyer can help save people's lives, or reduce punishment, then yes.

Salam Sheikh, I was cooking and washed my hands after and used the toilet and made wudu. After cleaning myself and everything, I found some egg residue on my finger even after I washed my hands several times. Are the places I touched najis? Should I shower to clean my whole body or just remake wudu

Seriously, you need to chill, and learn how to wash your hands properly, sing happy birthday twice if you had to.

Tawassul = permissible.
Istighaathah = prohibited.

The majority of them earned so much bounty from jihad that they quit their jobs and dedicated their entire time to worship and teaching.

It is recommended to shorten while traveling (i.e. More reward to shorten than not to)
It is permissible to combine while traveling (equal reward to combine or not combine)
