Asalaamualaykum sheikh I'm interested in seeking knowledge with my local teachers but I'm not sure on how to approach them. Is it bad adab to ask them to teach me when I don't really know them too well personally (from my local masjid) and haven't done much study myself? JazakAllahu khayr
Start with a class that's offered to the public, don't ask a teacher to teach you something unless you know they can (and have the time for it.)

If the Imam recites in Warsh or other than Hafs in Maghrib or Isha, is it permissible for me to recite the Fatiha in the 3rd and 4th (for isha) rakah in Hafs because I heard mixing qiraat in salah invalidates it?
It's fine, and it doesn't. It shouldn't be done out loud because it may cause fitnah.

Aisha, may God be pleased with her said (paraphrasing) that the description of Paradise and Hellfire was first revealed before anything else, so that people would yearn to it, and seek to do the commands to reach it. Had God only revealed: do not cheat, do not drink alcohol. People would've said: we don't need this religion.
But that's all kindling wood to help you get started, after that you'll need the real fuel; the yearning to meeting God.

Sheikh, if somebody makes two mistakes in the prayer that each only necessitate sajdah sahw, does 1 "set" of sajdah sahw suffice, or is it one "set" per mistake? And if anybody has done one of the two which ends up being incorrect does that make those prayers invalid?

ايام الاتنين والخميس هل يجوز صيامها بنيه قضاء ايام عليا من رمضان 2012 + نيه صيام التطوع ؟!
القاعدة العامة: لا يصح جمع نية الفريضة مع النافلة. فإذا نويت فسد الفرض، وصح النفل فقط.
أما التفصيل: لك ان تنوي صيام قضاء الفرض في وقت مبارك، كالاثنين والخميس، إذ بركتهما نابعة من حيث كونهما اثنينا وخميسا، ترفع في ليلتهما الاعمال، فيرجى لمن صامهما القبول وزيادة في الأجر.
وكذا قضاء صوم فريضة في يوم عرفة، والثمان التي تسبقه من ذي الحجة، وعاشوراء ونحوها.
