Assalamu Alaykum, I hope you are well. I have a question, would one be sinful if they are FORCED to attend a New Years Party by their family relatives because if one doesnt attend their family relatives would be extremely upset? May Allaah bless you.

That's not forcing, that's being considerate to other people's feelings. Forced : is when you're physically dragged, chained, or ordered at gun point, or similar.
If it's a party that involves around sinful acts like drinking and dancing, then it's prohibited to attend.

سحر اليهودي للنبي ثابت في الصحيحين، واتفق على صحته الأئمة الكبار بلا نزاع، ولم يخالف الا بعض المبتدعة. ولم يؤثر عليه في تبليغه للدين، لكن في امور الدنيا.

عند وفاة الرسول ص لم يعين احد خلفه و ترك الامر شورى و عند وفاة ابو بكر رضي الله عنه عين عمر للخلافه و عند موت عمر حصر الخلافه في 6 و تركها. شورى فلماذا لم يترك ابو بكر الامر شورى كما فعل الرسول ?

Fireworks, like all entertainment, are permissible if they don't cause harm or disturbance, and aren't used excessively.
It is better to spend new year's Eve in worship than in celebration, it is a time of rampant heedlessness.
The messenger of Allah said : a worship at a time of mass heedlessness, is like a person's immigration to me.

نعم الصلاة باطلة، وتجب الإعادة
أما إذا لم تعلمي بوجود النجاسة في الطفل اثناء الصلاة، أو نسيتي، وعلمتي أو تذكرتي بعد انقضاء الصلاة، فصلاتك صحيحة ولا تلزمك الإعادة.

Sleep in another room. Don't watch any screen or eat anything cooked last hour before bed. Consult with a sleep therapist, while at it check for ADHD. In that last hour before bedtime: do wudu, pray witr, recite the first five verses of albaqara, alkursi and the two verses that follow, and last three verses of albaqara, last ten verses of alkahf, Surat almulk, alikhlas and almu'awwithatain, say Subhan Allah 33 times, alhamdolillah 33 times and Allahu Akbar 34 times. Read the rest of the prophet's athkar for going to bed. If you wake up in the middle of the night, go do wudu and pray 2 rak'at before going back to bed. Do that for a month and you'll never miss Fajr again inshallah.

(1) Salaam. I am currently learning tajweed but struggle with the letter ظ . Sometimes it feels that I pronounce it ط. Especially when I say الضَّالِّينَ. However sometimes I pronounce it correctly. Problem is, I don't want to have to spend 10 attempts to pronounce it correctly.

قوليلها الشيخ بيقول حرام.
منزلة المفتي للعامي كمنزلة الدليل للمفتي
الواجب على العامي سؤال اهل العلم الثقات، قال تعالى فاسألوا أهل الذكر إن كنتم لا تعلمون
اما طلب العامي للدليل فليس واجبا ولا مندوبا، بل كرهه بعض أئمة السلف وقالوا الاولى أن لا يسأل المفتي من اين دليلك، واذا سال فلا يكون في نفس مجلس الفتوى وانما في مجلس اخر للتعلم.
