how long does it take to manually update a score?

Click the "update" button in the player rating page? Takes less than a minute unless the daily update is in progress.

Tp system is designed for pros,right?

It's designed for everyone, but so far most of the time has been spent optimizing the difficulty algorithm for harder maps, so it might be not so perfect in the lower tiers. The big issue with non-pros is that tp can only access top50 ranks. If it had access to more scores it would look a lot better in the lower ranks.

So you saw that your top tp score gave too much tp, and now you plan to fix it? I love you.

More like someone pointed out that the map gives too much and I got the score easily while checking for that. But yeah, not going to try getting a high rank by making a cheap system, in fact every update for the past month made my rank worse. Was ~#20 in the beginning. x)

What does give you the most tp? Is it mods or ranks because most top 50 ranks need HD but according to the osu!tp website, only mods like DT and HR affect tp.

HD affects aim by a lot and this is said on the website. Map rank doesn't matter for tp at all. The same score gives the same amount of tp as #1 and as #50. And as #50,000 if it ever will be supported.

I think it's only "easily farmed" in that one can play maps solely because the maps give high tp values. The system would still be accurate if EVERYONE tried to do this, but some people don't care/know about tp. However there's no way around this really, I'm just explaining the below opinions.

Well, at some points you gotta prove your skills. You can always say "my aim is good" but unless you actually do a good aim score that people can see that's just blabbering. Sadly many people tend to blabber and give the excuse that they don't "farm" while in reality they only need to prove their worth on a few maps.
On the other hand if one map gives more tp than another which is about the same difficulty in the same rating then that's an issue with the difficulty calculator, not with farming. Please keep reporting those. As soon as I got time for programming again I'll go back to improving the diffcalc. Already having some little changes in mind and might for instance fix the too high value of "castle corridor" with DT.

How is it farming if the player has to actually perform good aim or speed scores? If you did a score with the same aim worthiness on 20 different maps it would already affect your aim score by next to nothing. That's not what I call farming.
Aside from that: I still am waiting for concrete examples and some proper explaination of what's wrong in your opinion.

It feels like speed and aim is farmed too easily because you just have to fc the map with 93%~ accuracy. Accuracy should be the real ranking. (I feel like my ranking is too high after farming a bit)

And why would aim and speed be more dependent on accuracy? tp is not supposed to be based on "feelings"... you gotta give me some reasons. :p
Also: we've seen often enough how much the opinion on "accuracy should be the real ranking" differs. At the moment tp pretty much is a compromise between all those opinions, treating acc, speed and aim pretty much equally.
If you want a purely based accuracy ranking just sort by accuracy. That's why I'm displaying those values after all.

Since everyone can do this it is a fair thing, even though a stupid one. The tp that they get are deserved, but because of the top50 limitation I can usually not see those scores. :(

What did you use to create the osu!tp website? if you made it solely by yourself o_o

Everything except for the Logo and the background is made by myself. Programmed the client (which is doing the calculations and updates) in C++, the website in php / javascript. Database running on MySQL with MyISAM tables (optimized for reading speed).
osu!tp was my first ever attempt at making a website but it went surprisingly easy because php has a very c-like syntax.

Do you think it's okay for the system to interpret everyone as an alternator? Currently, speed is only high if there are streams but if it's fast 1/2s then the speed isn't that high.

I am aware of the problem and I'll try to address it. So far everytime I attempted to it broke the weighting of many other maps though. I suppose I need to implement pattern shape first for it to work properly.

How much more tp would Cookiezi's Wahrheit DT FC be worth if it also used hidden?

18% more aim value and 2% more acc value. You can calculate the exact numbers yourself if you want. :)

Even though end of this month the leap motion device will be arriving and I am really curious what things I'll be able to do with it. It got an open SDK for developers after all, so it might turn out pretty damn overpowered.

On the website when you are listing people by aim/speed/acc, could you please make indicatiors that show the persons rank in the chosen skilltype with #1, #2, #3 etc so you don't have to count. Maybe even add possibility to see if he gained has risen or dropped in the ranks recently. Would be nice.

Was planned for a long time already and will eventually be implemented.
