There is a Forum out there that releases hacks for osu. I don't remember the name but they do it for payment. What do you think of such ppl?
People who develop software are free to sell it if they decide to. The fact that I prefer not to do it doesn't mean, that I dislike the people who do so. I rather judge them by their overall personality than by that. :>

It's one of the tablet input services found in your control panel. Just try disabling them one by one and check if wisptis.exe is still running.

You diff calc is really great overall, the only annoying thing is it have to reload every .osu files every time I launch it ... it's quite annoying when you have 25k .osu files ...
You'll be happy to hear that I am improving that currently then.
