Well, if your heart has finally open the door to accept Islam then just go for it. If your parents don't give you their permission, don't wait. Just do it because you've grown up. You can choose your own path.
I want you to take a note that being a Muslim has many responsibilities. If you're willing to learn, to go through every single side deeply then you shouldn't wait. There are a lot of things that you should know that you must learn. If you're really sure and ready, then I suggest you to go to the mosque and meet the ustaz or imam.
