I have been pre-allocated GER1000(freshie), and at the class section it says - Lecture: Group SL1, 800-830, Weekly, at DV What does this mean? Does it mean i have 30 mins lesson everyday for the week?

There isn't :) You will be given the option to do so in Year 4 if you wish to continue.

Hi acct freshman here!! May i ask under what circumstance can we exceed our 23MC workload in first sem? My situation is that i was allocated 4 mods from biz (16mc) but i need to take ES and RC mods so total will be 24MC. Thank you!
Hi, you can only exceed the 23MC workload if you are a DDP/CDP/LPP student. For your case, you should take your ES1103 module next semester and use your last module to take your RC mods.

Hi! BAC freshie here! At the talk it was mentioned that 20MCs worth of GEMS will have to be fulfilled by end of yr2, now that we are allocated GER1000, do we need to bid for other gems this sem if we already have 20MCs?

It closes 5pm (closed bidding). You should check back regularly at any time during the bidding period to adjust your bids accordingly.
Hi! What's considered overloading? And what is the maximum number of modules we can take in y1s1?
Overloading means taking more than 5 modules per semester and the max. number of modules you can take per semester is 6, 7 with a letter written to the BBA Office!

The attire for flagging is the nexus shirt and long pants, so nope!

There's no need to declare, but if you wish to you can do so anytime.
If the tutorial for a particular gem is right after the lecture, is it possible to get there in time? The lecture is at utown, but the tutorial is at fass. Does the timetable timing factor in travelling time already?Like they'll release earlier?
Yes they do already, but depending on whether it is peak hour or not, you may be slightly late!
For Y3S1 sep, do they use Y1S2 cap or Y2S1 cap?

You can look for your textbooks on Carousell. There is a used textbooks sale currently being organized online, so you can look forward to that as well! Your facilitators will inform you in due time.
Hi, I am a BBA Year 2 student. Can I know the module requirements if I would like to specialise in Finance with a major/minor in Operations and Supply Chain Management? I tried searching on BBA website but it only shows the core mods required for each specialisation
Your first major will be counted towards your programme requirements. If you want to spec in finance, you will have to take 3+3 core and elective finance spec modules (refer to Bizipedia for more information). No CAP prerequisites are required.
If you want to take a second spec in OM, your 3+3 modules will then be counted towards your UEs. You cannot take a minor in OM as there is no such option available. There are only minors in technopreneurship and management at the moment.

No, you don't have to bid for either. You should check CORS as it is open now; your class codes will be indicated next to or below your module code!

Yup! Bidding may be for sectionals as well (if you are not pre-allocated).

How do i get to NUS Biz 2?
Hi, you may get to biz 2 by:
1. Taking the circle line to Kent Ridge, walking across the underpass and taking D2 to the biz carpark (last stop)
2. Taking the circle line to Haw Par Villa, walking across the MRT station to the bus stop opposite, taking any bus and alighting at opp Heng Mui Keng Terrace. Next, you may walk towards the Mochtar Riady Building, enter and take the stairs up to level 2 and exit near the BBA Office :)

Hi, I am a BBA Year 1 student. As we have been preallocated 4 core mods for sem 1, may I ask is it advisable to take up 1 more core mod or 1 GEM in sem 1? If we do take up 1 core mod as our fifth mod in year 1 sem 1, will the system know and not preallocate that module to us when we are in year 2?
Yes, the system will recognize what modules you are reading. You are highly advised to take a GEM instead, as you will have to complete 5 GEMs by end of Year 2.
If I didn't attend pre camp are there any other places where I can get info about my class/bidding etc?
