Gradually talk to them less, if they ask to see you outside of school/work keep saying you're busy. They'll get the hint soon enough

It's up to you, you could always keep them in the loft or something so you still have them but can't really get to them? That way you still have the memories but you won't be able to go through them all the time xxxxxxxx

Everyone doesn't like me, I was pretty hated at school in fact. When I was at school, that was the same for me, I wouldn't go for like 3 weeks at a time and not one of them asked where I was or how I was. It might sound stupid but just try and be nicer, but personally I think you need new friends. I doubt you're as moody as you say you are, you're a teenager after all. But you don't need people like that in your life
PLZ HELP IVE HAD ENOUGH my parents are so controlling, I'm 18 they don't understand I don't need them as much but they make sure I have to rely on them eg. they won't teach me how to use the washer and they still tell me what I can and can't do so I'm dependent on them. What should I do? xxxx
Wow are you me?! I keep begging my mum to teach me how to use the washer but she keeps making excuses, so I know exactly how you feel! Maybe have a chat with them and just explain that although you know that you're their little girl/boy (I'm guessing your a girl haha) you want to learn some stuff that'll help you for when you leave home (which isn't anytime soon!) plus, tell them that you're willing to do the washing from now on, maybe then they'll give you a chance! xxxx
I sleep the day away, barely eat, feel so down all the time, just stay at home and do nothing. I know I'm not happy/healthy/looking after to myself properly but I don't know what to do. My parents are hardly ever at home. do I need to see a doctor? I really don't know what to do x
You sound like you might have depression...I think it's worth going to see the doctor and possibly asking to be referred to see a mental health nurse. For the time being try and get yourself out of the house, even if it's just a walk round your street for 10 mins, or nip to the local corner shop for a magazine and just say hello to the cashier. Start giving yourself a purpose, for example I was like you but then I started writing this blog and it just gave me a reason to get out of bed on a morning. Maybe if you can't get a job, possibly volunteer at an animal shelter nearby? Being home alone all day when you feel like that really doesn't help, trust me I know x

I said to the head of 6th form I wanted to quit and he said give it a couple of days and my parents said I should just stay so they get money so I'm still there. I just bunk. I don't want to go to uni now and the problem is I don't know what I want to do instead. Do they just want me to be unhappy?
Like I said I had the same problem and leaving was the best decision I ever made. I really hope they're open to the idea of you leaving now because I will say this time and time again - your own happiness is paramount
