It's like bang in the middle, it is amaaaazing! There's a girl that works there and she is so lovely, well all the staff are but you're gonna love it! You can't really miss the shop though, it stands-out pretty well
what shampoo/conditioner/hair products do you use
Shampoo & Conditioner - Lee Stafford 'for hair that doesn't grow past a certain length' it's sooo good, and it works! I use the treatment sometimes too and put a little Macadamia Oil in to keep my hair shiny :) as for hair products I don't use them unless I'm straightening or blow-drying my hair (which I rarely do) and I use ghd Final Fix Hairspray and ghd Heat Protect Spray!

DONT SQUEEZE THEM! Just cover them up until they go away on their own, it's the best thing to do otherwise you're left with awful scarring. If it happens often try Liz Earle's hot cloth cleanser range, it works a treat!
