No I haven't done that one! Although. Think I may have that sheet... Does that have pictures on at the top of each column? Well it's not that it's difficult to come up with examples, it's just how am I going to make myself feel nervous three times in one day?! 1) I don't have the time and 2) I'll probably end up killing myself due to the sheer stress from all the anxiety!xx

No :s but I've had to do like an anxious situation timetable where I have to document when I feel nervous, why and then rate it on a scale of 0-8 and then if it was a hypothetical or real situation. I'm meant to do it three times a day but I don't have time to get nervous three times every day haha!xx

Maybe Cyprus when I got stuck there for 3 weeks due to the ash cloud, it's such a beautiful country and I can't wait to go back!
I've got a massive garden the front and back kinda merges into one and we have 2 sheds and a Wendy house. The pool, a slide, swing, loads of plants & a patio bit with tables and chairs. It'd be even bigger if we didn't have an extension! :p mine doesn't take up to much room but depends on gardensize

I've only got like a double driveway and a little front garden, then the back garden there's like a stone level which is like a walkway, then a grass level with a play house, waterfall and pond and then like a balcony level with a barbecue built into the wall, that's literally it haha! It used to be a little bigger but that was before we got the kitchen extended
