Ermm.. well low intensity was 30 mins and we focused on one thing out of the thought, behavior and physical thing and high intensity is 1hr and more in depth (if you go to a different place to me it might be slightly different!)

Social anxiety which is related to low self esteem and depression and low mood but I think I'm bipolar not depressed . I've been having CBT for a couple of months at the lower intensity level and my appointment this week is the higher intensity version :)

I want a traditional wedding in a church with all our friends & family, my dad to walk me down the aisle. I want a beautiful white dress so basically a traditional classy wedding then change dress & idk where to have the reception yet :)

In Cyprus (one of my favourite places in the world, and the birthplace of Aphrodite - the Goddess of Love and Beauty) and it would be outside in a forest maybe, or the waterfalls where one of the Gods used to bathe and I'd have fairy lights all in the trees! And for flowers I don't know the name of them so I still need to find out haha! I'm having two dresses, a long elegant one of the ceremony and a shorter one for the reception :) you?xx
