I know what secondary care is now: if you say you feel like killing yourself, primary care refer you to secondary care and they give you medication and visit you in your house. I definitely won't be referred to secondary care then! :)

If you brush your hair when it is wet don't you get split ends?
If you use a normal brush you can damage your hair but if you use a tangle teezer it doesn't. The bristles move with the hair as to not cause friction. But when brushing/combing your hair always start from the bottom and work your way up, knots come out much easier that way
where to you get that brush that stops your hair going frizzy?

What I do is write nice stuff on sticky notes and then leave them places for other people to find it makes me happy to think by spreading the love I've made somebody elses day better xxx
